Thank you :) I think the G102 Lightsync would be a great mouse for you. It's ambidextrous so you will have no issues as a left hand user. The M808 is ergonomic and meant for right handed users. I have not tested the Katar Pro but looking at the reviews, it seems that the G102 still comes on top.

Logitech fixed the double click issue for the most part with the Lightsync model. I've been using my G102 since 8 months and it is working perfectly.
