I've been using my G102 for almost 3 years now, and I've never encountered any issues until recently. I had the same scroll wheel problem that got fixed by some forum guide in Reddit years ago, though it only managed to prolong its life by 3 more months. I'm planning on getting the G304 soon. ps. The guide said something about putting rubbing alcohol around the wheel and then furiously scrolling it up and down until the problem disappeared.

@@prathammishra7361 Nah, dude. Too much hassle. The mouse is working fine otherwise and I don't use scroll wheel for gaming that much anyway. Vaise last month se it isn't acting out so much. So hopefully it'll not be as worse as it was before.
I wanna ask how long these mices last, my 3k inr razer viper mini died recently, and 3k is a lot, it lasted less than 2 years, razer offer 2 years warranty in us but only offers 1 year wqrranty in india. The warranty service in indiq also isnt good from razer so i m thinking ot switching to logitech, can you provide some info on how much logitech mouses last
@@MagarMach8u i m not sure about logitech, never tried their product. Although razer budget to mid range mices are damn garbage, they have a 50 percent change to either last long or die within a few months. Bad service too.
Rzaer doesn't offer 2 years warranty here? Are you sure? Logitech are same. Really disappointing stuff from both of these companies. Just get whatever you feel has most value for money + 2 years warranty will help in replacement.

They are breaking down after 1 year or less and then the replacement procedure isn't simple either, it's not simple as Flipkart or Amazon, you have courier yourself which has its own charge. I paid 40 dollars for a mouse it better last atleast 3-4 years or more

The mice 5-7 years ago were 10x more reliable than the mice today.
It's just the shitty omron switches that Logitech uses. Do yourself a favor and learn how to solder and solder black Kalih switches on it.
