    82 Mazda B2000 FED, it has 8 vacuum hoses. The 82-84 Cali spec had about 30! It needs 0 to idle and 1 to drive, the ported distributor line. All the rest are EGR, EVAP, Charcoal, A/C throttle kicker and some stupid throttle return timer thingy that eases off the throttle. All in the name of emissions. Cali had a bunch more for its air pump management. Yeah, mid late 80's were the worst trying to get carbed motors to pass ridiculous smog levels.

    So rewarding to take crap like that off anything to make it more simple and to work better

    Love how detailed the videos are. A part 2 would have been awesome for this. I bought my kit from LCE. I also had the same issue with not knowing the kits dont come with everything needed.

    Did you try bolting on the Weber carb without the adapter? If so, how did that work?

      I did, linkage hits the intake. Fuel intake hits the thermostat housing. Spacer required. The ones included are for putting the Weber on a factory intake. A different spacer is required for the Offenhauser.

    Wow Toyota really made that whole intake manifold setup overly fucking complicated

    Nice hooptie. I'd roll in that. How many miles on the odo? Why the AC delete\trashed and not worth replacing? Looking forward to hearing it run. Thanks

      I think like 80k? Fairly low mileage for a Yota. AC delete because why the hell do you need AC in a convertible 😂

    ".... Of the 6 bolts I've removed so far I've dropped 5 of them!". Funniest quote of the day.

      I did actually get ahold of the company. The reason this plate doesn’t fit is because it’s actually designed to be used with a factory intake. The Offenhauser did not included the spacer it was supposed to, they’ve already sent it out for me. Just a packing error, thankfully.

    Well thats a weird place for an oil filter... must be challenging to do a spill free job

      @wickedwerks  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Only marginally better than the spin on filters that are completely upside down
