If you really want a challenge and something that’ll massively strengthen pretty much all of the aforementioned, do split squats! They are so hard and give amazing growth

How would you strength train the glutes with bodyweight training?

@@robertmciver817 @robertmciver817 already knew that. As well as partner assisted loading for adduction/abduction work, but as far as hip extension work is concerned. Pistols, Lunges and plyos for sure train them to a point, but how would you strength train them in regards to hip extension like you would get out off an RDL or especially a hip thrust?

It's a bit sus that he's able to increase his strength and continue to progress while being sub 10% Bodyfat.
But then again, being a World record holder in itself is very sus for PED use.
But he's been progressing fairly steady for many years now, so that speaks against PED use. He Squatted 405 and Front Squatted like 365 over 2 years ago now, and now can do ~440lbs (assuming, based off his 500 half Squat) and 385 Front Squat. His Clean had also "only" progressed from ~295 to 315 in the last 2-3 years. Fairly typical for an Elite Natural. If he gained 30lbs Bodyweight he could probably add 10-15% to all his numbers.
Me personally, I give him the benefit of the doubt if there's no definitive proof of him using PED's.
And if he is using them, it's correct not to talk about it as to not encourage or normalize it.
PED's or not, this guy is one of the highest vertical jumpers in the world (I don't buy the whole claim of "bbbbuut it has to be measured exactly via vertec therefore he's actually the World record holder!!!" because it's not an established standard, not a competitive sport/record that many are aiming for. There are some freaks out there who are at that level, but either aren't on social media, aren't from the West and/or never had their approach vert tested at their peak, or they play a sport so aren't concerned with measuring their vert).

@@batataandshawarmalover he is not sub 10% bodyfat. At best he’s 12% but he could be higher. That’s a normal healthy range
