I just can't thank you enough, it's so admirable that you use your platrfom to share geniune-heartfelt lessons from your journey, and not just sell your product. I wouldnt have been able to work towards my dream without you. HUGE thanks. And when ill go over the beginner phase theres no doubt I'll use your program.
Aw what a genuine couching career of Isaiah 🥺I strongly believe that you guys can train generation of athletes who can freakily break record! Much love man! 🫶
Isaiah, I think this is the best educational video you made on jumping out of them all, that I saw so far. Only thing is, can you insert small clips of the exercises you are speaking about next time, so I can understand what they all are? If you can, thanks.
7:50 How long do you classic a walk to be too long and actually becomes detrimental to our vert gain? I am walking 10,000 steps everyday at zone 1 or zone 2 cardio as a form or active recovery, and I rarely get over 13,000 steps. This is to maximize body recomp, shaving off as much fat as possible so that I can get into the range of sub 10% (currently sitting at 12%)
Yup getting back to 95% after detraining is literally my life ever since I left high school. I rarely have access to an indoor basketball court during winter, so my only dunking time is summer. Trying to find an interior court for this winter.
Many high schools and local colleges often have open gyms for a negligible price. My town high school has an open gym once a week on Monday nights, November through March. I’m in my late forties and this is my go-to in Winter.

How many times do you hit legs every weeks with weights

@@winstonsol8713 nice, here im looking for one open gym wouldn't mind the price much but I have to find one
You said plyos are good for one foot jumpers, but now you are saying plyos aren't for beginners and instead lift weights, what should I do
i cheked twice to see if i liked the video
Shots and shot blocks? 9 month cycle and plyo-aesthetic?
How long should my jump session be? Reps n sets when I have a 28-30” vert?
You’re somewhat a beginner, so jump as long as you can without pain. Warm up properly, slowly increase intensity of jumps. Jump twice a week
Do these actually work im just curious because I don’t wanna waste my time
Could see you possibly exceeding 52 inches some day since you aren't even 30 yet. Might still have 3-5% left of potential
It's not easy to make progress in jumping especially at the advanced level.
But it's even a lot harder to make progress in sprinting speed.
100% agree!

Hey Isaiah, what's the highest vertical you've seen from a woman?

This is a 5'7 woman jumping to a 10ft rim. Grant she also jump hurtles th-cam.com/users/shortsnv9C26eiJYw?si=VmiqatNmYTkwMwpN
Bro make a video with " how to know if you have bad or good genetics to jump"
why tho? u cant change it so it doesnt matter
Useless vid
Use that energy into actually training to reach your genetic potential
@@Niagarafaller could i ask why u think so?
@toemad9172 maybe if you're like 5'8 and wanna dunk but if you have bad genetics it will never happen
