  • Look years younger with these acids in your skin care routine. Acids can increase glow, lessen pore size, diminish wrinkles, remove brown spots and discoloration and help with rosacea. Knowing how and when to use acids in the correct concentrations with the best layering is important. Too much of a good thing can lead to inflammation. Skin care is a long game. Results occur over time.

Excellent video ! I rotate sacylic acid wash 5 days and then hydroxy acid wash that has hyluronic acid in it 2 days. I also use vitamin c serum at bedtime about every other night. I get constant compliments about my skin. At 70, I have no fine lines or dark spots. Thank you for a better understanding of how these products work. Shared more below...

I have been doing med depth combo chemical peels every 8 weeks ish (excluding summer time) for the past 5 years using two layers of jessners peel and 2-3 layers of TCA 13% topped with a finishing coat of vitamin a. This has transformed my skin! I used to have baddddddd acne and premature ageing from sunbathing (wrinkles, sun spots, uneven complexion all at the young age of 25). I no longer have any resting wrinkles on my face, hardly ever have a breakout, just use a tinted spf 50 sunscreen and mascara and I’m good to go. I look younger now than I did at 25 when I was partying and suntanning without protection ☺️. It also took me about 2 years to work my way up to this level and I use retin a 0.05% 5 times a week. I started off under the care of a dermatologist who walked me through the process of the combo peel, and taught me what is normal sensations and things to avoid. Thanks to this I have had no adverse effects. Great video! You nailed all the info

I’ve started using mandelic acid from the past few weeks.
My skin seem to have started peeling off , does this have any link with the mandelic acid

Lawdy! If I didn't use a higher concentration of salicylic acid weekly, my face would be a giant mess! Funny though, other acids never have worked as well. Never really understood why. My face use to be a giant oil slick until I used a higher % of salicylic acid exfoliant, homemade chamomile/AC Vinegar toner, and stopped using a moisturizer. Took 30 years and $$,$$$ to figure that out. Face has never been happier.

I couldn’t write down the last part about combining this and that. Can you please provide a condensed written version? I’m in Portland and hoping to visit your office one day. You’re one of the few that provide information I feel I can trust on here. Btw I’m 70+ and when I turned 70 all of a sudden everything went south. Thanks so much! ❤
