The cold brew profile with the pour over basket is actually amazing. I gotta play with doing cold espresso then I don't have to buy an Osma for cold brew :P

Cold brew is easy but cold espresso, only decent can do haha. It's fun to try!

When I thought that I tried almost everything with my de1 machine, you upload this video. I expect that it will taste very different and in a bad way. I probably will try a very similar experiment, just with room temperature water. It also probably will taste worse than using hot water .
