    It works well in the UK and rest of the world. Fixed fee of 1-2 thousand USD or 2% max is the norm, much more affordable when you don't have to pay 2 agents. The 6% commission is insane in the US.

    😂😂😂 this is funny because I just got a listing and the seller happily agreed to pay a commission to the buyers agent. Realtors aren’t going anywhere lol. And nobody is forcing yall to use one! Stop hating and lying on us lol

    There is some truth to this statement. Real Estate agents are about to have a mass exodus.

      Real estate has always been a revolving door. There’s an exodus whenever MLS fees are due lol.

    If a lot of real estate agents quit, I don't think anyone would mind except for real estate agents? It's the most ridiculously over-paid career I know of...
