"The intersection of mental and physical health" yes! Thanks for giving me that insight and using the term "self-compassion". Revelations.

During covid, I had a fall and developed a neurological injury as a result - I’ve lost some independence as a result / can’t do the same things I used to, I’ve been very low and teary everyday dealing with it since. I’d never realised perhaps this is grief x

It very well may be -- and it's perfectly normal to grieve a former ability or state of being. Sending you so much support and strength. 🧡

I know and love someone who also suffered a neurological injury - I wish you strength and peace on your journey to heal ❤️ My advice would be to reach out and take advantage of any supporting organisations in your area. Sometimes you really need to be your own health advocate! 💯 also, the brain is constantly changing and forming new neural pathways ... I try to turn my anxiety into action to heal myself and those around me. Recovery is possible, what ever that may look like for you ❤️💙

Very informative but can she talks a little more casually? The overall tone is too milleniallish.

You seem unfamiliar with therapists. Dr. Robinson's tone is as perfect as one could get, and I count this video an incredible gift!

Dude, I don't get what you mean. How else is she supposed to talk?

Milleniallish? I don't see her speech as whatever that might mean at all.
