@@Last_expert I get it’s his opinion but it doesn’t make sense coming from somebody who has played the game and fought the bosses. Some people struggle with some bosses more than others, I get that but this list is so out of order. I was just speculating, that’s all. (Also sorry for paragraph)
@@Idk-mh9pl I played the game the first time today and i finished it in 6 hours on normal, i was thinking the game is way harder. I beat the robot in my 3 try and was like wtf. Yes Sally was harder but not that hard. I was having the most trouble with the bee, the plant and the devil ;)
He put Sally on the list because without the smoke bomb she is harder than The Devil (No I am serious The Devil isn't too hard for a final boss I find Sally without the smoke bomb harder)
honestly once you get past the first part it isn't that hard imo. I might have gotten lucky but after I figured out how to do it I beat it in a couple tries

It's funny to me seeing how different people feel about the different bosses in this game. For example, I never really had much trouble with Cala Maria or Djimmi the Great, but I've heard other people talk about how hard they are, but other bosses like Wally Warbles and Baroness von Bon Bon still give me trouble even after playing through the game several times. I think the fact that there aren't widely agreed upon hard bosses and easy bosses (except for maybe The Root Pack) shows how well crafted the game is, that the difficulty of a boss really depends on the player's individual skills rather than some artificial difficulty set by the developers. Also, you have a really good voice for these kinds of videos, reminds me some of Stryder7x.
Andy Smith I honestly found Djimmi the Great really difficult and died a whole bunch of times to him, but then I went to sleep and the next morning I beat him first try ._.
I actually died to The Root Pack around 25 or 30 times when I first started the game. I never really play games in this genre, and that was the first level I tried, so I was still getting used to how everything worked. I would say that 13 attempts is not bad at all on the first boss! :D
+Top Deh RareFoX! I've had that happen to me before on other games such as Legend Of Zelda Wind Waker, I think it's because of rage and stress that we lose after sleeping and doing other things.
@@jakebrady7426 I generally find that, in the case of Dr. Kahl's Robot, the first stage (particularly after you broke the chest or head pieces) is the hardest. Remember that you have bombs: the blast radius on your bombs is enough to hit the chest and stomach at the same time, which should speed up the first phase drastically.
@@jakebrady7426 Yeah, those become a problem quickly. I recommend switching to bomb and shooting them from above or taking them out from a safe distance with your gun. Make sure you deal damage to the robot when you can, but don't let too many missiles appear on the screen at once without you taking some down. The reason I recommend bomb is because a) they take out missiles instantly and b) to take out missiles with your gun, you need to be in the lower left corner generally, which is a bad place to be when you've broken the chest.
Were you using Charge and Lobber? Because I found that Lobber makes the second stage a lot shorter and Charge's low fire rate makes it easier to avoid hitting a fireball by accident in the third stage.
Actually he is pretty easy use the green weapon then just go on the highest cloud and jump on place when his little fire dudes prepare to and at the last part use the lobber
My top ten #10 Hilda Berg, the first airplane fight that added a different prospective to the game. #9 Wally Warbles, it was not one “egg”selent game, with the baby bird being the main thing in my way #8 Djimi the great, I had a lot of trouble dodging the pyramids at the end #7 Cala Maria, I find this boss not as hard because of the fact that I too love bullet hell games #6 the devil, even though he is the final boss, I found his attacks easy to follow which this fight took not even 30mins #5 Phantom Express , it added a whole new level of parrying, since those stupid pumpkins kept dropping parry bats on the cart #4 King Dice, he was a hard challenge for me because of a tactic I tried using, which helped me win, was at the end, I went behind the arms while he placed cards and then hit him with a charged shot. #3 Rumor Honeybottoms, continuously having to be jumping into platforms and having triangles and fists coming at you has one of the hardest challenges on the ground in this game for me. #2 Grim Matchstick, even though the first stage is not that hard, the walking fireballs were annoying at the fact that they would predict the jump while having to hit grim, then the last stage with firing at him while backwards, while avoiding a flamethrower and his splitting fireballs. #1 Dr Khals Robotnics, having to go against him was the hardest challenge ever for me, having to deal with the laser and the flying tint ships and parry barriers, then fighting the heart which has his arms shooting or magnetism against you, then trying to fight the head while bombs are being thrown at you, then the crystals, that sucked, PERIOD!! I hoped people who read this enjoyed my top 10😁😁
When my dad and I played Cuphead, we took turns because the system we have it on only has one controller. We got to Isle Three, and my dad, knowing he was my favorite boss, let me battle Werner Werman first. I beat it first try. My dad is still kinda mad at me because of that.
I found doctor kahls robot to be the hardest. King dice for me wasn't as hard as I thought. But I guess the monkey boss did end up messing me up a few times in his run. Djini for me was also pretty easy and I agree with sally
It literally takes me about 2 hours to kill every boss in this game. Amazing that in the modern age some people are still really good at these kinds of games with retro playstyles.

I recently played the game for a second time but for my first go around Sally Stageplay was one of the easiest bosses I beat. It only took a few tries before beating her. However, even on the second try, Dr. Khal’s Robot and Grim Matchstick still took me several upon SEVERAL times to beat. The devil wasn’t too bad, still took me a few tries but not as much as Grim Matchstick or Dr. Khal’s Robot. Run and Gun levels...hate them with a passion. Especially the second one on Isle 2 when you have to go upside down
Grim matchstick took me an hour but can not compare to phantom express, honeybottoms, king dice or dr. Khals robot. Most difficult boss is king dice. Dr. Khals robot + Werner werman = king dice (not saying Werner is difficult tho)
Did you beat her without the smoke bomb? At first I said the same thing that you said but when I tried beating her without the smoke bomb I totally agreed with him (I only agreed with him on that she could make it to the list but she should be 10 because she is easier than Dr F*%$'s Robot)

I EASILY Found Dr. Khal's Robot to be the hardest Boss. It was the only boss That I had to look up a guide for, and the Final Phase was straight up bullshit and REALLY long. The first phase was irritating, the second phase was the same, and the Final phase, as said before, was straight bullshit.
VGamer1308 yup, agreed. The first phase was so full of different shit you had to dodge, and then the final phase lasted forever and you could barely ever even look at the boss because you had so much stuff to dodge. So glad I'm done with it LOL.
i was so angry because after MANY MANY tries, i managed to win with 2 HP, and the only hp i lost was because a shadow of the background covered the screen and didnt let me see the bullets coming from the diamond... that was utter bullshit... that make me win with an A when it could be a A+ in the hardest boss e.e
VGamer1308 I agree, while the other bosses I didn't have too much trouble with, that boss, that FUCKING boss was the closest one to making me rage quit the game. Sadly, my win didn't feel like much of a win, because I beat it on a round where I only had one life on the first phase and decided to use it to built a strategy. Still, I beat it, and I'll most likely never go back to it.
Yeah, I'm stuck at him. It starts tough as nails and the last part's long as fuck (and if you've lost one hit point - which is surprisingly easy here - you're pretty much done)
Personally, Grim was pretty easy... I tried out chaser for the first time and it really helped. Yes, I know that it weakens your damage, but it allows me to only have to focus on avoiding things and not shooting things.

5:00 I have an hypothesis. Cuphead must have in some bosses (such as also in Sally stageplay at the first phase when she disappears and reappears) a program of prediction of movements with artificial intelligence. If you make a pattern in specific stages, like the flames, the game will learn where you are going ti move and will predict it. So my advice is to be unpredictable, this means for example, when you are shooting and the flame is raising the first movement you should do is to jump at your place, then the next time jump backwards, then to crouch, then to go down and then jump forward. This was just an example of how you mustn’t repeat patterns
If you look at the flame guys before they jump, they have an easy tell where they face towards wherever they're gonna jump. Knowing that I can do that stage flawlessly every time.
Same here. Sure, I had to repeat all the bosses a few times, but this game didn't seem as hard as everyone said it was. Then I got to Dr. Kahl's Robot. What a pain in the ass.
Christopher Pollock i have been fighting dr.khals robot for 2 days i still cant beat him. It is the finall phase that messes me up by dodging all the crystals and the appear everywhere
For the devil, I’d use p sugar (automatic parry) because most of his attacks have parry’s in them and in his last phase, you can auto parry on the tears Took me 5 hours to realize that

If your having trouble with Cagney, equip the green tracker thing and sit (squat) In the bottom left corner. Use a card or two to make sure you have a shield. You only need to jump when he stretches out and when the final phase starts.
@@snailfgc yeah all you need is a spread to clear out minor dangers and to dish huge damage when he stretches and a peashooter to keep the damage going
King dice took the longest for me.. just the end itself with the cards. Finally found out you can hide behind the hand that lets the cards go. Devil was the hardest, even when you know the pattern and the moves to avoid hits.. have to execute it perfectly
For me Hilda Berg took longest she took 4 days but that’s because I was a beginner (and was playing on simple mode). The hardest boss I’ve beaten is king Dice (3 days it took me) but now I’m on the devil. Favorite boss would probably be grim matchstick
Cala Maria, The Devil and Sally damn too easy. Hardest are Robot, King Dice and The Dragon. Still liked the video and hope you continue doing awesome videos as this one
Devil was the hardest for me too, here's a funny story about it though. Throughout the whole game the best grade I got was an A. On the devil first time I got A+???
Ok my top 10 hardest are #10: Rumor Honeybottoms The Platforming... *THE PLATFORMING!!!!* #9: Grim Matchstick Phase 1 and 2 were easy, but PHASE 3 WAS HELL! #8: Cagney Carnation I spent days trying to beat Phase 1 and 2! The final phase when he goes crazy is easy if you kill the mini-flower or get him to the point before summoning the mini-flower. #7: Captain Brineybeard One Word: *DOGFISH!!!* #6: Dijjimmi The Great The Stacks and puppet were the hardest! The treasure chest and tomb were easy. #5: Wally Warbles The feather storm is hard and so is the child! #4: Hilda Berg The Cupid transformation was very insane and hard! #3: Cala Maria Because the final phase is EXTREMELY HARD AND CHALLENGING!!!! #2: King Dice His 9 Casino Bosses are easy and hard and his parry cards are hard too! #1: Baroness Von Bon Bon *WHY DOES SHE HAVE 3 MINIBOSSES!?!* The Cupcake and Jawbreaker are the hardest! The Castle phase is the hardest is because of the unfair movement of Baroness’s head!
Strangely enough, Beppi the Clown was the ONLY boss I was able to beat on the first try. The two bosses that stood out to me for being the hardest was Djimmi and the Dr's Robot.
I feel devil wasn't that bad. It only took me around 30 minutes to bear. The Junkyard robot took me almost 2 hours to complete, which was the hardest for me. Great list bro

Dr. Khal’s Robot is by far the worst boss. The 6 different attack patterns in his first phase drove me to literally dislike the boss and the level. I enjoyed every other battle including the Devil and King Dice, those were hard but required practice. Dr. Ass Blaster required ridiculous dodging and luck.
I still have flashbacks of dying so many times on that boss. He's certainly the one I found the hardest. I celebrated so much after I finally managed to beat him.

I agree wholeheartedly with your decision to put the devil at number 1. He was also the boss that took me the most time to best. The second and fourth stages aren't too bad with exception of the poker chip dodge which I got used to because I realised that if you jump just as the chip hits the middle of his eyes, you can dodge it. But that first stage messed me up so much.
Apparently, and as a million comments have told me thus far, you can parry the devil's tears to help avoid the poker chips! I HAD NO IDEA. Thanks for the kind comment!

I did Cagney carnation with chaser. It was a lot easier. But my brother needed help on that so I played on his account. He used chaser and I won the 4th time I tried

Yeah after fighting the robot, the pirate, the mermaid, and the bee Sally Stageplay seemed really out of place in that act to me. She has so few attacks and there is so little going on; it is a breeze by the time you make it to her.
For me the devil and king dice were surprisingly easy. The bosses I had the most trouble on were grim matchstick.... and dr. Kahls robot which was by far the hardest boss in the game. Grim isn’t that hard once you use the kablooey, because it goes down and does a lot of damage, doing this you can have all three health to beat that insanely hard final stage.
Mine: 10- Beppi the clown The running me over to baseball penguins. Here is the hard stuff about this boss: the ducks on the first phase, the dam dogs, horseshoes and baseball penguins. But not as hard as the other people on this list to me 9- devil First phase is probably the hardest he shape shifts himself into 3 animals: dragon, goat, and spider. After that it’s still hard 8- phantom express The ghost and skeleton are easy but after that is hell. The lollipop dudes lighting breath that go’s 3/4 of the screen. With the train itself the heart is soo hard to hit 7- hilda berg The first air fight on this list. those laughs just go at random times and THOSE DAM MINI ZEPPELINS. Taurus is big which makes it a bigger target but when he lunges at you is so unexpected. Gemini is ok but the fact the energy ball doesn’t disappear after deafening the hella annoying. Sagittarius. Dodging the arrows is easy but the stars that chase you are just so annoying. The moon, all I have to say is I HATE THISE UFOS 6- Cagney carnation A lot of you will disagree on me with this. He is my favorite boss but that don’t mean he ain’t hard. He gives you a fair amount of time before he launches his face at you but I still get hit by at more than I like to admit. THAT LITTLE STUPID SEED ATTACK as much as annoying as dodging them when they are above you, those pink ones. The thing they plant is SUPER ANNOYING it damages you when you jump above it, you might think “ oH jUsT pArRy It” it’s so dang hard to parry. The boomerang goes so fast on expert and just like the face attack, I also get hit by the seeds more than I like to admit. His final phase is kinda just a break 5- Cala Maria Those fracking pufferfish. there is always SO MYCH STUFF ON SCREEN it just gets so hard to dodge. The second phase for me is the hardest the eels that shoot those dang rocks. I play on pc so mashing when she turns you to stone is HELL. Then the final phase comes like I said before. Mashing is HELL 4- djimmy the great On the first phase there is just so much stuff flying around on screen it’s super hard to dodge and that dumb little genie is trying to hold in his laughter at you pain. For the second phase it just took a while to get used to it. Third phase there is so much going on, the eye planets, the ghosts, and djimmy trying to lunge his face at you, he doesn’t have that much health tho. The fourth phase is just- i don’t like it, the fireballs are giant and fast. Them the final phase is just HELL those mind beams are hard to see. The pyramids go off at random moments and he is such a big target and you can’t fly too much to the right or your fragile cup will go poof 3- dr khaks robot Do I have to explain myself? 2- mr chimes Yes I’m counting mini bosses. Im the worst at memorizing things so this was a absolute hell. Those music notes get me every time because I’m focusing on the memory game and not the projectiles 1-tutorial THAT DAM JUMP
Rumor Honeybottoms was the bane of my existence. It was the only boss that I found to be badly designed. It felt more like RNG with the platforms than anything and it's just so annoying to deal with. Besides that, it's alright. The boss I had the most trouble with on the first try when I didn't know what I was doing was Dr. Kahl's Robot but every other boss was easy. My fav was Captain Brineybeard for its simplicity though difficult and rewarding multitasking. So... yeah.
Use the red spread on her. Shes so close and has a huge body. You deal a giant amount of damage to her. When she's reading her book to get into phase 3, you just use your 5 card special on her and she's dead in 5 seconds. (I used the special that spills stuff from your head)
I always thought that the bosses had some special invincibility during phase transitions, but she proves that there isn't. Makes me realize all the damage I missed out on.
Moon Voltage I agree, she's by far the hardest and worst designed boss in the whole game, basically because of the random pattern of the platforms. And phase 3 is almost impossible if you don't have 3 HP. The other bosses were totally ok, except maybe the Dragon for the same reason.

My hardest boss fight its the demon himself
It's funny to me seeing how different people feel about the different bosses in this game. For example, I never really had much trouble with Cala Maria or Djimmi the Great, but I've heard other people talk about how hard they are, but other bosses like Wally Warbles and Baroness von Bon Bon still give me trouble even after playing through the game several times. I think the fact that there aren't widely agreed upon hard bosses and easy bosses (except for maybe The Root Pack) shows how well crafted the game is, that the difficulty of a boss really depends on the player's individual skills rather than some artificial difficulty set by the developers.
Also, you have a really good voice for these kinds of videos, reminds me some of Stryder7x.
Andy Smith I honestly found Djimmi the Great really difficult and died a whole bunch of times to him, but then I went to sleep and the next morning I beat him first try ._.

I actually died to The Root Pack around 25 or 30 times when I first started the game. I never really play games in this genre, and that was the first level I tried, so I was still getting used to how everything worked. I would say that 13 attempts is not bad at all on the first boss! :D

@@jakebrady7426 I generally find that, in the case of Dr. Kahl's Robot, the first stage (particularly after you broke the chest or head pieces) is the hardest. Remember that you have bombs: the blast radius on your bombs is enough to hit the chest and stomach at the same time, which should speed up the first phase drastically.

@@jakebrady7426 Yeah, those become a problem quickly. I recommend switching to bomb and shooting them from above or taking them out from a safe distance with your gun. Make sure you deal damage to the robot when you can, but don't let too many missiles appear on the screen at once without you taking some down.
The reason I recommend bomb is because a) they take out missiles instantly and b) to take out missiles with your gun, you need to be in the lower left corner generally, which is a bad place to be when you've broken the chest.

Were you using Charge and Lobber? Because I found that Lobber makes the second stage a lot shorter and Charge's low fire rate makes it easier to avoid hitting a fireball by accident in the third stage.
I killed geenie in first try dragon ded in 4or 5 try and the other bosses end like 10-16 try (Of course not the devil)

#10 Hilda Berg, the first airplane fight that added a different prospective to the game.
#9 Wally Warbles, it was not one “egg”selent game, with the baby bird being the main thing in my way
#8 Djimi the great, I had a lot of trouble dodging the pyramids at the end
#7 Cala Maria, I find this boss not as hard because of the fact that I too love bullet hell games
#6 the devil, even though he is the final boss, I found his attacks easy to follow which this fight took not even 30mins
#5 Phantom Express , it added a whole new level of parrying, since those stupid pumpkins kept dropping parry bats on the cart
#4 King Dice, he was a hard challenge for me because of a tactic I tried using, which helped me win, was at the end, I went behind the arms while he placed cards and then hit him with a charged shot.
#3 Rumor Honeybottoms, continuously having to be jumping into platforms and having triangles and fists coming at you has one of the hardest challenges on the ground in this game for me.
#2 Grim Matchstick, even though the first stage is not that hard, the walking fireballs were annoying at the fact that they would predict the jump while having to hit grim, then the last stage with firing at him while backwards, while avoiding a flamethrower and his splitting fireballs.
#1 Dr Khals Robotnics, having to go against him was the hardest challenge ever for me, having to deal with the laser and the flying tint ships and parry barriers, then fighting the heart which has his arms shooting or magnetism against you, then trying to fight the head while bombs are being thrown at you, then the crystals, that sucked, PERIOD!!

King Dice is definitely the hardest boss in the game. I didn't find the Genie very hard, and Sally Stageplay is one of the easiest fights in game.
I found doctor kahls robot to be the hardest. King dice for me wasn't as hard as I thought. But I guess the monkey boss did end up messing me up a few times in his run. Djini for me was also pretty easy and I agree with sally

I recently played the game for a second time but for my first go around Sally Stageplay was one of the easiest bosses I beat. It only took a few tries before beating her. However, even on the second try, Dr. Khal’s Robot and Grim Matchstick still took me several upon SEVERAL times to beat. The devil wasn’t too bad, still took me a few tries but not as much as Grim Matchstick or Dr. Khal’s Robot. Run and Gun levels...hate them with a passion. Especially the second one on Isle 2 when you have to go upside down
Grim matchstick took me an hour but can not compare to phantom express, honeybottoms, king dice or dr. Khals robot.

I EASILY Found Dr. Khal's Robot to be the hardest Boss. It was the only boss That I had to look up a guide for, and the Final Phase was straight up bullshit and REALLY long. The first phase was irritating, the second phase was the same, and the Final phase, as said before, was straight bullshit.

i was so angry because after MANY MANY tries, i managed to win with 2 HP, and the only hp i lost was because a shadow of the background covered the screen and didnt let me see the bullets coming from the diamond... that was utter bullshit... that make me win with an A when it could be a A+ in the hardest boss e.e

Sadly, my win didn't feel like much of a win, because I beat it on a round where I only had one life on the first phase and decided to use it to built a strategy. Still, I beat it, and I'll most likely never go back to it.

Personally, Grim was pretty easy... I tried out chaser for the first time and it really helped. Yes, I know that it weakens your damage, but it allows me to only have to focus on avoiding things and not shooting things.

5:00 I have an hypothesis. Cuphead must have in some bosses (such as also in Sally stageplay at the first phase when she disappears and reappears) a program of prediction of movements with artificial intelligence. If you make a pattern in specific stages, like the flames, the game will learn where you are going ti move and will predict it. So my advice is to be unpredictable, this means for example, when you are shooting and the flame is raising the first movement you should do is to jump at your place, then the next time jump backwards, then to crouch, then to go down and then jump forward. This was just an example of how you mustn’t repeat patterns

If you look at the flame guys before they jump, they have an easy tell where they face towards wherever they're gonna jump.

For the devil, I’d use p sugar (automatic parry) because most of his attacks have parry’s in them and in his last phase, you can auto parry on the tears

If your having trouble with Cagney, equip the green tracker thing and sit (squat) In the bottom left corner. Use a card or two to make sure you have a shield. You only need to jump when he stretches out and when the final phase starts.

For me Hilda Berg took longest she took 4 days but that’s because I was a beginner (and was playing on simple mode).
The hardest boss I’ve beaten is king Dice (3 days it took me) but now I’m on the devil.

Dr. Khal’s Robot is by far the worst boss. The 6 different attack patterns in his first phase drove me to literally dislike the boss and the level. I enjoyed every other battle including the Devil and King Dice, those were hard but required practice.

I agree wholeheartedly with your decision to put the devil at number 1. He was also the boss that took me the most time to best. The second and fourth stages aren't too bad with exception of the poker chip dodge which I got used to because I realised that if you jump just as the chip hits the middle of his eyes, you can dodge it. But that first stage messed me up so much.
Apparently, and as a million comments have told me thus far, you can parry the devil's tears to help avoid the poker chips! I HAD NO IDEA. Thanks for the kind comment!

I thought Sally Stageplay was one of the easiest fights. Funny how people struggle in different levels. That's good design.
Same. Beat Sally on my first try, but some of my friends struggled really hard with her, this is part of why I love this game.
Yeah after fighting the robot, the pirate, the mermaid, and the bee Sally Stageplay seemed really out of place in that act to me. She has so few attacks and there is so little going on; it is a breeze by the time you make it to her.
She was super easy for me

For me the devil and king dice were surprisingly easy. The bosses I had the most trouble on were grim matchstick.... and dr. Kahls robot which was by far the hardest boss in the game. Grim isn’t that hard once you use the kablooey, because it goes down and does a lot of damage, doing this you can have all three health to beat that insanely hard final stage.
But King Dice is the boss who fucks the whole speedrun at this game

10- Beppi the clown
The running me over to baseball penguins. Here is the hard stuff about this boss: the ducks on the first phase, the dam dogs, horseshoes and baseball penguins. But not as hard as the other people on this list to me
9- devil
First phase is probably the hardest he shape shifts himself into 3 animals: dragon, goat, and spider. After that it’s still hard
8- phantom express
The ghost and skeleton are easy but after that is hell. The lollipop dudes lighting breath that go’s 3/4 of the screen. With the train itself the heart is soo hard to hit
7- hilda berg
The first air fight on this list. those laughs just go at random times and THOSE DAM MINI ZEPPELINS. Taurus is big which makes it a bigger target but when he lunges at you is so unexpected. Gemini is ok but the fact the energy ball doesn’t disappear after deafening the hella annoying. Sagittarius. Dodging the arrows is easy but the stars that chase you are just so annoying. The moon, all I have to say is I HATE THISE UFOS
6- Cagney carnation
A lot of you will disagree on me with this. He is my favorite boss but that don’t mean he ain’t hard. He gives you a fair amount of time before he launches his face at you but I still get hit by at more than I like to admit. THAT LITTLE STUPID SEED ATTACK as much as annoying as dodging them when they are above you, those pink ones. The thing they plant is SUPER ANNOYING it damages you when you jump above it, you might think “ oH jUsT pArRy It” it’s so dang hard to parry. The boomerang goes so fast on expert and just like the face attack, I also get hit by the seeds more than I like to admit. His final phase is kinda just a break
5- Cala Maria
Those fracking pufferfish. there is always SO MYCH STUFF ON SCREEN it just gets so hard to dodge. The second phase for me is the hardest the eels that shoot those dang rocks. I play on pc so mashing when she turns you to stone is HELL. Then the final phase comes like I said before. Mashing is HELL
4- djimmy the great
On the first phase there is just so much stuff flying around on screen it’s super hard to dodge and that dumb little genie is trying to hold in his laughter at you pain. For the second phase it just took a while to get used to it. Third phase there is so much going on, the eye planets, the ghosts, and djimmy trying to lunge his face at you, he doesn’t have that much health tho. The fourth phase is just- i don’t like it, the fireballs are giant and fast. Them the final phase is just HELL those mind beams are hard to see. The pyramids go off at random moments and he is such a big target and you can’t fly too much to the right or your fragile cup will go poof

Yes I’m counting mini bosses. Im the worst at memorizing things so this was a absolute hell. Those music notes get me every time because I’m focusing on the memory game and not the projectiles

Rumor Honeybottoms was the bane of my existence. It was the only boss that I found to be badly designed. It felt more like RNG with the platforms than anything and it's just so annoying to deal with. Besides that, it's alright. The boss I had the most trouble with on the first try when I didn't know what I was doing was Dr. Kahl's Robot but every other boss was easy. My fav was Captain Brineybeard for its simplicity though difficult and rewarding multitasking. So... yeah.
You literally just save up your meter and kill her before she even transitions into phase 3. Was super easy when you can just do two phases.
Use the red spread on her. Shes so close and has a huge body. You deal a giant amount of damage to her. When she's reading her book to get into phase 3, you just use your 5 card special on her and she's dead in 5 seconds. (I used the special that spills stuff from your head)
Just use the lobber I got it first try
I always thought that the bosses had some special invincibility during phase transitions, but she proves that there isn't. Makes me realize all the damage I missed out on.
Moon Voltage I agree, she's by far the hardest and worst designed boss in the whole game, basically because of the random pattern of the platforms. And phase 3 is almost impossible if you don't have 3 HP. The other bosses were totally ok, except maybe the Dragon for the same reason.

Grim Matchstick is by far my worst enemy. Literally took me 2 and a half hour to beat him. My most satisfying win over a boss in all of gaming

Titanium Bee was definetely hard but I started to understand the bee pretty quickly
