Actually the mini slime are in goopy lan Grande. When they appear, parry the question marks (all of them) if you succeeded there should be mini slimes running on the arena.

Skipping or figuring out how to skip a boss causes the next boss to be tougher. That's pretty clever for a difficulty spike. If you fail the first, then you won't have much luck on the next one

I love the extra sally stage play stuff, except standing on the little babies to lower down the coffin. I’d remove that part and just defeat sally like normal, but with the extra stuff
You're ALL wrong! You have to beat Red, Get Luigi in SM64, beat Super Luigi Galaxy, beat SM64 with NO A PRESSES, beat the Root Pack 100 times, the other 50 times get Raddish, beat Puphead Variation 2 200 times, defeat Sally Stageplay 400 times, die to King Dice once, beat the game, go to the secret "Boss Rush" (Keep in mind, he's not here *yet* )Get all boss variants in it, beat the boss rush, delete your save, get to King Dice again, and land on a boss space, and if you did it all correctly, you'll be in a finished variant version of the Pachinko Boss/Robo Squidward. He will also appear in the Boss Rush now.
Chances are they’ll add the bat back in. If there was a new Run ‘n Gun for Inkwell Hell, that could be the boss for it. The stage for the boss is pretty wide, anyways.
I think that the glowing graphics for puphead would be seen if the player used invincibility when moving on to the puphead phase. it probably was not used because 1.you can't use invincibility in plane sections 2. It would be impossible
I swear ive seen videos of where if you shoot certain parts of the ceiling the husband does die and the nuns would actually appear while throwing crucifexes and the rest
The mini slime things in the Goopy Le Grande boss fight most likey comes from a Cuphead mod that adds a custom difficulty called Master Quest. Its designed to be harder than Expert mode and it looks really challenging

You can reach the Pachinko boss in the actual game,
all you have to do if build up speed for 12 hours to reach a PU.
