Thank you for pointing out that it's a great camera for VIDEO & PHOTO and that it's a great camera for your entry level photographer. I feel that reviewers on other videos that i've seen get wrapped up on the fact that this camera is mainly for video use because of the updated articulated screen from the f100 and that fuji added a better 4k frame rate, but ignored that it's a hybrid camera and it's also GREAT at taking photo! Keep up the great reviews for the ones who want to make a great value purchase and have an ALL AROUND great product.
hello, how do i set shutter speed to a custom number like 63 or 139 etc? coz the dial wheels dont hav those numbers. i ask because i need to set shutter speed 120 for my 60fps video recording and 1/120 is not there
Fuji XT200 has a shutter button but it also has a small red button next to it. I believe it is for video. However, in the video mode, if I press the shutter button it starts recording video. What should I do. Should I press the shutter button or the smaller one. If both do the same function, then what is the second button for.
I'm not great in terms of a source for roundup options--I'd defer to the other YT-ers out there BUT I will say it's got enough features to last for a few years!
I understand the 4K is limited to 15 minute segments. Does that mean that it stops recording after 15 minutes, or does it simply roll over to a few 15 minute file. In other words, it still record but just creates a new segment that can be merged in post-processing?

I'm looking for small camera which I will use for everyday life and street photography. At this moment I'm using canon 7d mk2, camera which isn't practical for that type of photography but has quality. Is fuji xt200 a good option for everyday life but also has a quality?
Sorry for the delay in responding!! I think it’s a great street shooter, especially with the articulating screen. Also it’s small. They have a new camera coming out and I’m gonna have it for review later this month but that will be around $1k and give better video options. If it’s just photography, this thing was great.
Hmmm. That's a good question. Id say you could dial it in pretty well. I'd be there is even a video out there about color grading Fuji to look more like the warmth of Canon. Good luck!!

Hey thanks for the comment! I haven't tested the M50 (though really like Canon) so I can't speak to that as a comparison BUT I will say the fact the Fuji has a really nice in-camera film simulation setup makes a big difference for wanting pics right out of the camera for posting. Also it's seems a little smaller which I personally think is nice. The video mode isn't that great so think about that when buying as well. If you have the extra cash, look into their new X-E4 which I JUST reviewed. It's a really good option.

I’m looking for an entry level camera for taking landscape photos, do you think the x-t200 would be a good choice for this? Are there other cameras between $400-700 you could recommend for landscape photography?
Battery was, as expected, only "o.k." for video b/c it's a small battery for pics it was fine. The big screen eats up alot of the power and the gimbal being digital again, was o.k. I prefer a real one but for a camera this light it would be easy to mount to something cheap and small!!
Hi I am new to photography and if you could explain a bit more, what do you mean you wish the focus was faster? Coz I am 50-50 whether to purchase XT200 or Canon M50 Mark II though both cameras as kinda like neck and neck in comparison.
I just mean that I wanted to auto focus to go quicker. If I walk up into the camera it doesn't have the response I'd like. If you don't need that, it's a fine camera for what most people need! Not sure about the M50 though. Hopefully, that helps!!

Hey Terrance! Great question. I'll say I'm a fan of my Lumix GH5; they have a newer edition so mine I think is now only around $1K--I know that's not nothing but considering the construction, in-camera stabilization and 4K capabilities, it's been a workhorse for me and I've seen it used on big sets with full scale budgets. TONS of great videos out there about that camera but I'd start there. Also it's "micro-four-thirds" which has to do with the sensor and b/c it's in that range, the lenses are a little cheaper, it's smaller, travels better, etc. Does that help?
Fantastic review. Really liked how you crisp editing. I'm currently planning to swap my Sony A6000 with the X-T200 or the X-A7. For an occasional user like me (one video in say two months) who does not care about the viewfinder and digital stabilization, does the T200 make better sense than the A7? I don't mind the extra 150 bucks, but I really like the beautiful design of the A7.
Ohhhhhh what a great question and SORRY it took me two months to reply! It's been kinda crazy recently. Anyway, my friends who shoot with Sony love them for video and my friends who shoot with Fuji love them for photos. So I'd generally go in that direction. I was really impressed by the images for how small and light the camera was BUT it's not weather proof and that might be something you need. Hope that helps? Did you already decide?
I'd love to hear your thoughts on whether this camera still holds up against something like the iPhone 12 Pro Max? I ask because I'm new to photography and just ordered one of these cameras but I'm having second thoughts.
They say the best camera is whatever is in your pocket and it's hard to beat the convenience of an iPhone. That said, this is small, takes much better pictures and is great for pretty much any occasion. Thoughts?

Like I said, I'm new to photography, and there's a certain element of convenience with having a great camera on my phone, but also owning the T-200X for a week now, I can tell you, it's gotten me much more interested in composition and street photography. Had I canceled the order for the T-200, I would have taken photos with my iPhone and just accepted them as they are. With the T-200 comes an actual cultivation in hobby I didn't consider before. I'm glad with my purchase. Again, thank you for your reply and for putting out this great video. It certainly helped with my decision.

Yeah it's a pretty rad camera. I think for streaming it would be great--especially with interchangeable lenses and the images out of the camera are awesome too. You might want to look a step higher for more robust durability but overall it's a solid choice.
I really think so. The weight and sensor are big winners--it feels a little plastic so it wont' be the most durable camera you have but street photography should be ideal! What do you think?

For the budget one, I prefer Lumix G85 ... Old but gold for budget filmmaking IMHO

That's a great question. I don't remember that being an issue, but it was winter in NYC so it was mostly grey!
