  • Hello my CaliFitt Friends,
    Today I have prepared at home home booty and lower body exercise for you all to complete with me. This exercise will challenge you to squeeze your glutes, as well as activate your core strength. Please remember to pay close attention to my form and technique. In this video I am using a band for extra resistance on my lower body. This is not required, but if you would like to challenge yourself, then feel free to place a band around your thighs. We are on the road to 900 CaliFitt Family Members!!     Below are the exercises that will be performed in this video. Each exercise is completed at a 40 sec interval, with a 20 sec rest in between. You will complete number (1-5) and then in the second set of the workout, we will be eliminating number 1 (Hip and Butt Raises) and replacing it with (Hip abduction).
    1. Hip and Butt Raise 40 sec (First exercise for set one
    * Hip abduction (First exercise for set 2 )
    2. 3 squats into jump & squat 40 sec
    3. Hip Abduction Leg Pulses 40 sec
    4. Straight leg fire hydrant 40 sec (L)
    5. Straight leg fire hydrant 40 sec (R)

    Hello i did a work out you done previous video first time using the bar, and it was good. I need to work out more for my belly area and buttocks than my arms and back i will try this video.
