One of the few times someone has to be very happy that Toyota's don't have the gas tank behind the rear axle!!! My Cherokee's gas tank is back there but I have an iron rock tank skid that still would have probably caused me to lose about a gallon of capacity if I had gone over that the same way that he did!!!!😮

The gas tank is on the drivers side. I have an 07 taco. I'd be more worried about pinching/breaking a brake line or damaging the rear axle housing. Doesn't surprise me if it didn't damage anything because my truck and my cousins truck have had the crap beat out of them, and they still keep on keeping on.
