If I weigh 67 kg with around 15% bodyfat and if I want to go on a fat loss program, then my daily calorie intake would not be 2000 cal (assuming I am on a deficit), as you recommend in your programs. What about refeed days? I’m on a pretty hard cutting diet right now I’m losing 1.5-2kg per week and I refeed myself 2 days a week to avoid metabolic damage and to avoid gaining back weight after I’m done with the diet . Is this okay ? I was 84 kg when I started , rn my goal is to be 63-64 kg before 2018 because in 2018 I will start hitting the gym to get gains . I weigh 67 kg and am 6 foot around 13-14 % bf .
