    Guys... make sure to lift weights more and do cardio fasted. As fasted cardio will enhance your fat burn. Also don’t walk while cardio run because running will burn more cals.

    Guru bhai I'm 5'11' weight is around 83.
    Not fat but not in shape. Stomach has a lot of fat. So what supplements and should i follow.
    I alreadg have ordered creatine, bcaa and on gold standard whey.
    Should i have to take cla or anything as I'm not too much overweight. Merely around 5-6 kgs.

      if you want to lose weight/fat, be under caloric deficit. That's it. :) About supplementation, no supplement would work if your diet is not on point. I've been gaining weight and muscle without supplements except creatine. Only dependable on food. :)
