My husband bought me a flat top griddle last year. We did a lot of research (and still do when cooking something new to us) on how to use it. I checked this video to see if the sausages needed to be par- cooked in some way-so glad they don't. We enjoy your videos the most! Thank you!
Thanks Clint lol. I haven't watched this one for a while. I'm glad you feel like they're getting better. Sometimes it's hard to watch old ones but other times I like to look how far I've come. I really appreciate you taking time to write this.
Awesome!! Just make sure your griddle isn't too hot. If it's above 400 degrees teh outside of the sausage might burn before you get the inside cooked. Sometimes I'll also par boil them for just a few minutes first as well. This insureds the inside gets cooked so when I thrown them on the griddle I'm just getting a nice brown color and sauteeing the peppers and onions. have fun at the part tonight Stefan.
Good video . ( that's coming from a new york Italian ) who now lives in montana. We cook this meal for about 24 people every year at the. Quigley Shoot , that's in Forsyth montana. Look that up. Its awesome Thank you Frank from montana...
Thanks Frank I would look it up and I appreciate the compliment. This is a great meal for a crowd. It always reminds me of football season too. I appreciate you watching.
@@derekjackson1039 lol the flip is key. That's how you impress your family 😂. The bread is difficult man, I don't really like the options my local Kroger has. I always want something really soft. Occasionally I'll go to subway or Jimmy johns and buy bread off of them. Jimmy Johns is good for cheese steaks, subway is better for this, in my opinion.
Hahaha, oh I've seen enough of Giada on food network to know how. I just figure if I'm not pronouncing the other words with an Italian accent then why start with their cheese lol. Next time I'll give the full Moooo-za-rilla like I'm on the Sopranos 🤣 thanks for watching.

You're welcome. I'm so glad it was helpful.
Now your talking! Being Italian, I waited for this one
Haha ya this is right up your alley Tony.
Your videos have advanced so much in the last two years. Super great. Will try this for lunch. Thanks!

I'm so happy to see I'm not the only person who turns the tab on their beer lmao😂
🤣🤣🤣 learned that in college so I knew which beer was mine. Well if we ever party together we're going to have to make a compromise 😁😁
@JohnnyBrunet nah we're good lol.... I always turn mine left.. yours is turned right lol😂
I did that for two reasons. One to identify my beer, and two so that I or someone else would not put a cigarette out in it.
Beautiful job!!! Ima Blackstone newbie. Thanks.
You're welcome and congratulations on the new griddle.
Don’t let this man lie to you - beer is required 😃
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Good LORD that looks fantastic!!!!!
Thank you!
Love sausage and peppers from Big Al’s in Chicago. These look just as amazing. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks so much I'm going to have to go to Big Al's next time I'm in Chicago. I love visiting there so much good food. Thanks for watching

For some reason I feel the need to go get some sausages
🤣🤣🤣
No better way to smell up the neighborhood than sausage and peppers on the griddle
Heck ya, thanks for watching man. Keep up the good stuff on your channel too.
That looks good. What was your total cook time?
About 20 min but it takes me a little longer because I move the camera around and what not. Thanks for watching!
What kind of oil do you use?
This video was a long time ago so I provided canola or some vegetable oil I had laying around. I mainly use avocado oil now. Thanks for watching man.
What happens on the griddle…stays on the griddle🤤🤤🤤
😆😂😆😂😆 Amen.
Yup yummy....you might want to go meet a Italian and learn how to say Mozzarella 😉

I'll like one without the veggies please and thank you
Coming right up!
Everything looks so good, except that IPA (vinegar masquerading as beer).
🤣🤣🤣 I've never heard that but I won't argue it. IPA definitely have that pungent taste. Thanks for watching man.
