      Time is key! But to speed up the clearing of pigmentation I like to recommend exercise and red light therapy 😊

    Are your recomended food and supplements suitable for children?

      Not always. I definitely recommend checking in with a healthcare professional before using any supplements. Supplement dosing for children can be tricky!

    ❤ There are over ten different types of magnetium, Which one would you recommend??? When I found this information out I was very surprised, For instance one of them can make you poop poop poop, So my guess would be that you wouldn't want that particular magnesium to help.

      Hi Debra, the two common ones I like to recommend are magnesium citrate and magnesium bisglycinate. Magnesium citrate is the form that can make your poops more liquid! This is not necessarily a bad thing though, especially for those who tend towards constipation in general. If you don’t want runny stools, go for magnesium bisglycinate 😊

      That’s an easy way to get protein in that’s for sure! Personally I would get grossed out by the egg slime 😅

    why is one itchy when one has vitamin c rich foods? like oranges and limes, etc. 😢

    • @FightingEczema
      @FightingEczema  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      You are likely reacting to something in those foods! For example, oranges and limes are high in compounds called salicylates and amines. People with skin conditions are often sensitivity to these two compounds. So it is not the vitamin C but other compounds that are contributing to the itch. Hope that makes sense!

      @bret.2274 Glad you were able to figure that out! Citrus seems to be more of a rare sensitivity but as you’ve seen, it is a possible trigger 😭

    Is good take licorice during TSW??

    • @FightingEczema
      @FightingEczema  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I know there are mixed opinions on licorice for TSW but in my opinion it’s fine to take if you want. I have not seen enough research to suggest that licorice causes issues. Will it cure your skin? Probably not. Will it harm your skin? Probably not. Were you thinking licorice capsules or tea?
