    If u have to wear gloves to clean but find they make your eczema worse once your hands sweat (even if using latex-free/vinyl/PVC/nitrile) try buying gloves 2 sizes up and wearing thin cotton gloves beneath them. Has helped w the glove issue for me as my hands are always in water/cleaning!

    After trying different methods-- fungal cream at night only, moisturizer only, powder night and day-- I found the best method for my case is fungal cream at night and 2-3 times moisturizing in the day.

    The best skin care - this concerns an eczema too - will be to swallow regularly 1 tablespoon (15 ml) castor oil, this the best early in the morning on an empty stomach. In this manner you will be able to eliminate all the waste deposed in your intestines, for the Chinese medicine knows upon the assignment: skin --> bowels.

    I have had very bad eczema since 3 months old, along with Ichthyosis vulgaris. With the IV I have to scrub my skin to get all the dry skin off otherwise I always look like I’m peeling, I also noticed my eczema got much better when I entered puberty but now it’s going back to really bad now that I’m in menopause. So hormones must play a strong role in this,

      Same here.....I got it under control in my 20s. Pregnancy was wonderful for me. And now, at 52, it's back.....I think it's my living environment. This building is over 100 years old and the dust mites are tracking in whatever has been festering inside the walls. I don't use the central heat, just a space heater, but I think the fan on that is stirring things up. I've stopped using heat and sleep under a weighted blanket, along with many layers, because it's 15-20 degrees at night. It's actually very pleasant. And I keep shea butter beside my bed. As soon as I catch myself scratching in my sleep, I wake up and grab the Shea butter. I have also ordered silver sheets as a gift to myself for Xmas, as well as a portable washer/dryer for my bathroom so I can do laundry more often (otherwise I have to go to the laundromat).

      @LoveChild71 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Also, summer time and temperatures above 70.....I used a window AC unit and fan last year but idk..... there's a condemned building right outside my bedroom window. I'm pretty sure that the AC was sucking in the dust mites from there. It's going to be torn down in 2024, but all that's going to do is release everything into the air! I wonder if FEMA can give me a hotel room for a week? If not, I'm going to pay for it myself.....this is unbearable!

    I’ve been having eczema for nearly 11 years. It happened to me at age 36. I never knew about eczema until I got it. I went to see a dermatologist 2 years ago. I asked her “has it ever happened to people where they get when they are adults then 20 years later it goes away?” She said “Yes”. Because I’ve met someone he told me he had it when he was a baby.

Do you have a vitamin D or zinc or omega 3 deficiency? Do you have a gut microbiome imbalance? Some things to look into as a possible cause of your eczema.

    Just started getting it like 6 months apart (seasonal) i started probiotics and L-Lysine and in one week i was 60% clear, coconut oil is a Godsend but oddly when i did a herbal yeast cleanse (Candida) poof all symptoms and rash gone.You hit it so accurately when you said avoid hot water!! I didn't do that cuz the scalding water was the only thing numbing the itching and burning 👌 you nailed it again with eggs and certain foods, i love how relaxing you speak, and your tips are accurate!! I still say go herbsl if you can because you benefit some other way if the rash doesn't go...but I promise you L-Lysine, and Candiclear will tame it or knock it out, ladies if you can relate to the under tata area and armpits, you will feel and look you again after taking the above mentioned items🎉 tip, mixing a capsule of Candi Clear in Vaseline as a salve is epic.

      Take comfort in this gem, for the future. So, right now you’re possibly heartbroken, which is arguably the worst stress that a man will ever know(many possible reasons for heartbreak also I know). I’ve been there for sure. A couple of serious times, and one of them was extremely toxic, I mean we were nothing short of poison to each other. But for some reason that only god knows, we still love and therefore are vulnerable. Anyway, what’s my point, I know I’m dragging it out, loll. Depending on your age, you’ll undoubtedly heal, and eventually start seeking another potential companion. My advice is this…set a non negotiable standard for the next woman. Get as detailed as you want, but be realistic and very serious in holding true to this. At least as long as possible. Write your needs and standards down on paper neatly. All seems obvious and probably a little strange so far right? Here is the kicker. Your number one standard, that you absolutely must adhere to, for this to have a chance at actual happiness is, her birth sign/month (zodiac) must be the direct mirror opposite of yours. 6 months apart. Example: If you’re Ares, she must be a Libra. If you don’t believe in that or you think it actually has zero to do with anything, I implore you to consider it, and open your mind, while doing the proper research on this. I didn’t believe this shit for most of my life (I’m 41) but I finally snapped out of the mainstream way of thinking, that we were taught. Not only does this matter, it’s absolutely everything, in regards to compatibility and more importantly, chemistry. At least give it a shot! I know that you will find out it’s true, if you do this!
      Signing off here mate. Good luck!

      For a diabetic, he should be able to consume sugar. For a BP patient he should be able to consume salt.
      For an acidity patient he should be able to eat spices as much as any other person is able to. Taking a bland diet is just temporary
