The HEALTHIEST Frozen Foods At The Grocery Store

  • We took a family trip to the frozen food section of Whole Foods to shop for the healthiest items. The frozen food aisle has really changed, there are some really healthy options when it comes to pizza, ice cream, waffles, burgers, and more. As usual, you really need to pay attention to what types of oils these foods are cooked in and ay other additives. We really found some healthy gems in the frozen food section, I was kind of blown away! Mad love..Bobby, Dessi, Rose, and Art! XOXO

Thank you BP always educating viewers about what to watch out for and being more aware of ingredients which are acceptable. My hubby and I shop TJ’s, Costco, and now do the Flav City roll! Finally the markets are wising up to what consumers want. We are in our 70’s and started doing label reading in the 60’s! Labeling is more transparent now than then, thanks to some badly needed gov’t intervention to get health foods and general foods to disclose ingredients. We did not have USDA ORGANIC back then, and the new labeling laws were a blessing! Keep up the fabulous work!

Would you please share information about sugar alcohols and what they do in the body. I'm on an insulin resistance diet. Thank you for all the helpful videos you bring us!

I have asked Birch Benders about the high oleic sunflower oil in an email, and they responded saying that it is expeller pressed. Why they don’t put on the label, I have no idea🤷🏻‍♀️ They do claim it’s expeller pressed though

OMGoodness! So Delicious Cashew ice cream is so good! I haven't had real ice cream in a long time so my memory might be skewed but I can't tell the difference.
