      So true. I used to get chest pain as I lift off my bag and shoulder & upper back pain while lifting on the bag , I used to feel difficulty in breathing too. Once I did not bring one book to minimize a little weight and I got roughly scolded and punished in front of the whole class.

    4:02 - Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), do it for 1-2 mins.
    5:02 - Pawanmukta Asana, do it for 1-2 mins.
    6:06 Cobra pose is helpful. Neck Circles (3 clockwise, 3 anti-clockwise), Chin Tucks (10-15 times) and Backward Shoulder Rotaions (10-15 times)

      While reading books,ur desk level should be little down than ur chest.both hands should be kept supported on the desk,elbows pointing outward.pull ur chair as close to table as possible,legs supported either on ground or on the leg support given beneath the table.ur back rested at the back of chair.every half an hour of study do some neck exercises and move ur legs and hands in sitting position.this will do.apart from this if u sit for a long time,try to practice back and neck exercise once a day.
