• plan your day before going to bed in night

100 agree with all points. It makes a HUGEE difference at work when you make your bed first thing in the morning and keep your room clean. Another thing that helps organizing powers to work for you is the to-Do list. And lastly, dressing up quickly. For this, I have a color code for each day, so I do not have to spend hours thinking what to wear and what to match w what. LOL.
I had watched that video about making our bed and I have been following it for a long time. It really makes a big difference. Also when I wake up I don't use my phone, first I take a bath eat and then I take my phone out of the drawer and use it. Really both of these make a lot of difference.

For one single person getting into discipline following the said tips is uphill task, to get the whole family to follow suit is a hard nut to crack. Then because of comorbidties, a lot of ppl can't follow all your tips, it's only for the already fit without disease but in shape of adrak 🥔

My parents used to ask me to ready my clothes and backpack in the night before bed. And it had huge impact on my outcome. Now I had almost forgotten. But thanks to you, I’m back on track.
I think these are things we used to do during our school days - polish the shoes, check that the uniform is ready, sharpen the pencils, ensure that the books required according to the next day's time table are already in the school bag, etc. These days people have become used to procrastinating things till the last minute, something which starts as soon as we enter college as per my observation.

I practice intermittent fasting for 25 yrs now (since high school), I don't eat breakfast. I only eat something in the morning if I'm hungry which is 10-11am. I didn't feel those coz I do my yoga with an empty stomach. I think it depends from person to person 🙏💜

A tip for people who can't wake up in morning... I have used this trick to wake up at 3:45 during my exams and at 5 in normal days... Without an alarm.. Yes you read it right. Our mind has an natural alarm which if set the right way can be the most effective alarm ever...It's very simple just 2 mins before bed visualise the next day.. Visualise yourself waking up, going for a morning walk or a workout session.. And the rest of the day.. Not only this helps your brain remember timings it sets an alarm for every task and you'll notice yourself getting alert for the next task even if you didn't keep tab in time.. Lastly think you have to wake up at a specific time for say let's take 6 am remind yourself before sleeping that you will wake up at 6 not "have" Or "want" Use "will" This will signal your subconscious that you believe that you wake up at 6.. Now you're all set... For making this more effective.. do journal the night before... As you look through your routine make sure to mark your waking up time.. And other Nessasary tasks.. Hope this helps..
