I have to say that i have tried many hot pot's, and this recipe..... IS MY FAVORITE. I could eat this everyday if my family would let me. I love this so much right down to the dipping sauce. Thank you so much for sharing this with us. I so appreciate all of your recipes.
I dont mean to be off topic but does anyone know a method to log back into an Instagram account? I was stupid lost the account password. I love any assistance you can give me
You are amazing Helen's Recipes (Vietnamese Food). Just saying I really like it when you say " bye bye " at the end of every videos you have been made. You are a true Vietnamese lady :))
You can start with just a few things: broth (boil some chicken bones), 1 or 2 vege, 1 meat, the sauce she uses is not even needed. As for the frozen package thing, it is 2 stalks of lemongrass, a bit of kafir lime leave, a bit of Galaga which is a mild flavored ginger-like root, Thai chilli pepper
I had a good time with my lovely friends from Vietnamese and show me how to make Thai Hot Pot...so simple and easy to do at home. Don't forget a glass of red wine... Mmm
Helen, I love your soothing voice and accent. Somehow when you voice over the video, it makes it extra tasty too. :) I'm planning to make hot pot for new years and we like Tom Yum so I will be trying this. Thanks so much.
Thank you so much Helen. Thoroughly enjoy and appreciate your videos. It makes busy working life so much easier and I feel so much more Vietnamese learning how to cook these awesome dishes! Subscribed and liked
keep cooking keep sharing i dont just like it i love it big up to helen im also in the middle of following her recipe for her vietnamese french bread i will be tearing and sharing with my hands x
Hi i like your cooking method and the way you show off cooking methods, you make it simple everytime. Not like the other chanel thai cooks they think they know everything.I like your show and keep it up always make nice and short recipe.
You are a beautiful young lady! I love your recipes. I would like to see more dinners like this one!! I love it. Is that a single burner you have to keep the soup boiling?
This video was much better than I expected - Well done and you gave me the finishing idea about coming housewarming party, where the original theme is "Floating Market" - I´ve been looking for easy broth and here I found it ... Funnily I got everything else in my mind sorted out but the soup I was missing...
Helen's Recipes (Vietnamese Food) I´m cooking for 50 friends and display everything loosen, but in sections onto the top of 1 m x 2 m table (hygienic covered) and have a gas stove in the middle. Everybody do set their own individual portion into a portion-colander (3 eaters @ once) and have a quick boiling / heating (max. 2 min) in Tom Yam Broth - I think it will be such fun...
Thank you Helen for all your easy to follow recipes. You are adorable :) by the way, I saw a recipe video of you and notice you had a make over? I do love your exotic Asian natural look and with longer natural hair but you still look nice with the short blunt cut.
I made and serve it today and my guest liked it a lot. The only thing is finding some of the ingredients. Good thing the second Asian grocery store we went has a helpful owner and assisted us. Better watch and follow the video than looking at her link with the list and measurement of the ingredients especially the tom yum paste, she wrote 2 tsp of tom yum paste but here on the video it looks more a tablespoon amount if you are using a measuring spoon. If you don't like it too spice, I would not used red hot chili peppers, You can add a few chili peppers on your tom yum dipping sauce so you or your guest can control how spicy they want it.
You're very cute! This makes me want to learn how to cook Asian cuisine even more.. I want to go to college for culinary and learn how to cook every kind of Asian food I can. Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, all of it. Asian food is my favorite kind of food in the whole world!
