Medley grew up singing in a choir. Likes sould and blues music. BTW they are not 'way before David Ruffin'. They were singing around the same time. Black marines said they had a righteous sound to them so they called themselves The Righteous Brothers.

There's a ton to think about when you perform together, harmonies, singing in unison, understanding the play and dynamics of what you can do individually and together, knowing when to give the line to the other guy. I love watching these songs. I remember watching my Mom and Dad dancing to this song and they even use to dance in the grocery stores when this song would come on in the stores. People use to watch thrm dance til it was done. I miss them so much. Dad passed in 2007 and Mom in 2014...

I was Born in '61 and I learned how to harmonize from these guys, the Everly Brothers and Simon and Garfunkel. I didn't have time to get in trouble as a teen in the' 70's cause I was too busy in every Acapella and Choir group/activity I could sink my teeth into! Learned 4 instruments as well. I remember when they were big! This is what was called "BLUE EYE SOUL " This came out in the mid 60's! Check out "THE ICEMAN" Jerry Butler! One of my favorite is "Let It Be Me " he sings it with Betty Everett! It is one of the best Love songs! The 60's had some of the best music. But then that is when I was in school! I don't want you to misunderstanding me, this Old white man just loves good music. Don't care what color, just the music that matters to me! Early James Brown, Four Tops, Beach Boys, Four Seasons, and to many to list. Just love the good old music! It is good to see younger people find out about the music I love. If you go back to the 50's and 60's you may find some great music! There was no music videos, most of them were not on TV. We don't care what they looked like, just loved there music!
