I got a pair of long sleeve gloves at Harbor Freight Tools to protect my hands because oil changes over a lifetime with multiple cars could cause cancer. Also, eye protection is a must to keep things out of your eyes. I like to use garbage bags to catch extra oil which I then turn inside out with the oil on the inside and use for normal garbage bag in trash can. Also, I found out that I can do the oil change for my 1990 Geo Prism with a standard oil change pan without ramps or jacks. I just heard up the oil by running the engine for five minutes so it runs out faster. I need to check my air filter because I haven't checked it in a while. Thank you for posting this video.
Makes sense. But I wouldn’t discipline an oil filter until it’s off the car. Lol. But I will give that a try in my next oil change video. Thanks for the tip!
