The great thing with all the free TH-cam workouts is that you can really tailor it for you and not waste any workout Joe has recorded. Today I did OG Grad Plan Workout 3 but felt a bit more in the tank at the end, so I put this on as a finisher adding dumbbells to various moves and doing full versions of moves (e.g. chest to floor burpees). Never letting the words 'for beginners' put me off again!
This is for sure a fun way to burn some fat! One of the biggest things that have helped me lose- weight aside from spending time in the gym has been a custom meal plan from Next Level Diet. I use it every week and I love it!
I just did this workout about 45 minutes after eating a Taco Bell breakfast Crunchwrap. I almost threw up afterward. That was intense but yet not awful. I could definitely do this again, just sans Taco Bell next time.
better for me after few months off the one I did last week starting with burpees even Joe was exhausted doing the exercises so i didn't feel too bad lol but boy did i ache next few days after silly me never warmed up or cooled down naughty
