    I am obsessed with ALL of your workouts! Can you PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do a circuit with the 3 minute arm toner and the 7 day 7 min challenge you have for the leg slimmer and waist slimmer? These are my absolute favorites and doing them in one video would be FANTASTIC!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤ Thank you for making these bc I have consistently worked out now with you for maybe 3 years and have never been bored!! 😊

    Thanks so much Lucy, this is the perfect length for me and with this format the time passes so quickly! I would love more like this. I'm 68 and I've been doing your workouts for 4 years.     Hi Lucy! Just finished day 2 and loving everything!!! I’ve been following you for some years now in my search for holistic well being with body-mind connection, getting educated - nutrition and fitness especially - and lately working also to strengthen my bones. I had already shed the extra weight before coming across you but you really helped me day in - day out in getting in better shape and staying motivated. That’s why I always loved listening to your coaching rather than silencing it and playing music. I’m an Italian teacher of English and I have been really busy so far but I have always made the time for some of your workouts in addition to walking and other types of exercises. I’m planning to retire in September 2025 and I would be honoured to give something back to you by translating the captions of some of your videos in Italian, if you are interested, even though I am not a professional translator.     Brilliant Lucy, I started 3 weeks ago doing the blood pressure workout after finding out at a Mental Health and Wellbeing event i was helping to run that my BP was just in the yellow. It made me realise that now and then is not enough. I am 5'4" tall and 8st 7lbs. But obviously even though i eat the right thing's sitting at a desk typing away for 8 hours means i am anything but fit. Thanks for always encouraging us to get moving. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

    I just left a comment on the community page, but thought this might be a better place to ask. Is there a playlist for the summer challenge? I find it easier to open workouts from a playlist than open the document. But no worries if not. I can appreciate that all of this must take lots of time to create and organise. Thank you!

    Good morning Lucy and everybody. Just did this new workout and I love these type of workouts that have sequence that works so much better for moms like me who may have to pause to do things like getting our special needs daughter ready for school and her bus ,getting our dog outside. please Lucy if you can and if you have the time, please please make more workouts like these with sequences that you can pause after you do one sequence and get things done and go back to the workout 🌺it would be so phenomenal for moms like me. And thanks to you , every week I’m weighing myself and I’m losing pounds and not just ounces here and there. I’m now down to 148. I’m losing inches and yes I am eating better too. I’m eating smaller meals and snacks and if I’m cooking, I’m actually doing one or two of the exercise snacks which helps too. Thank you Lucy for what you’ve done for moms like me and everybody please keep it up. Love you so much from your Kingwood Texas family.

    About to turn 63 in NZ. Have a rare cancer which im in my tenth year. Fatigue a problem. This routine has been amazing and I love to alternate with the 15 minute one. Have more energy. Yes!!!

    I am new to your platform and you are amazing with these videos! I have systemic lupus and weighed 215 pounds! I had nothing but side effects from all these IVs and I was sick of it! I still had a positive ANA even on the IVs! I stopped all my meds and was determined to get well on my own! I hit the gym and lost 75 pounds and I had my ANA checked and the exercise paid off and the workouts threw me into remission!!! Woohoo! I love your videos and plan on doing them also!!! I’m a big believer in the power of exercise!!!

    Hi Lucy, I'm loving your workouts and wondering if you could make a 30 minute one? This would include 4 of the 7 minute workouts for upper, abs, lower and arms and then a 2 minute stretch. I do them all indivually but it would be so much smoother if I didnt have to keep loading them up inbetween. The 20 minute one is good but I just want more!! Thank you x
