    I’ve had chronic back and shoulder pain for around two years. I spent a year practising yoga and getting a great stretch in but I’d still have issues. I decided I’d give Joe’s workout plans a go for health reasons… my back pain is now quite rare. Thank you, Joe. Sorted me right out, geez!

    This is great - more of the same please. Busy mum of two means an intense 15 minutes is perfect to crack out whilst the kids entertain themselves and then can carry on with the rest of the day. Thank you!

    Did this today followed by Joes 15min dumbell work out,always a lot of choice of workouts with Joe,and i enjoy them all,hes a lovely bloke and its great how he motivates us all,especially during lockdown,i was there with him every day and still do his workouts 4 or 5 times a week,,,,,I'm 70yrs 💪🥵

    Hey joe thanks for the workout, 15 mins HIIT is just what we need when we have other stuff to do, it’s still working out for over 11 mins but keeping that heart rate high.

    I beg you to make a sister video for seniors. It was torture, but I only skipped the last one because it would hurt my back. Most of the moves I had to "modify" for an old crone! LOL I will try again and again though! :)

    Great workout. Wasn't feeling it today after too much Christmas cake but so pleased I stayed. Really pushed myself and feeling great. Back to a 25 min session tomorrow xx

    the real thing I love about this workout is how it shows even a man as well exercised as him is panting like a dog doing a workout like this, it really shows that really in all the over workouts with other people when they have music playing they are still struggling as hard as us even if it doesn't look like it, I also love the fact in this workout he's talking like he's my personal trainer too haha i feel like he's doing the workout with me on a zoom call XD. thanks for this workout man!

    Just done this for the first time. Im very unfit and I feel dead but I did almost all of the excersizes for almost 45 seconds of each one. Struggled with the upper boy stuff and the crab nearly broke me. Ill be back, thankyou for posting this

    This gave the impression that it wasn't too hard at the beginning but then the moves get tough (,well for me they definitely did!). 45s seem really long!! But thanks so much feel a lot more energised

      @@ivobondptbe Yes, it is the 15 second rest after 45 seconds work that makes it challenging. 15 different exercises and some good little variations in there.

    Found that hard as I ended up stopping. Just today started doing the exercise to make me feel good. And lose that little weight I put on. After being 12stone to 9 stone. So hoping get back down to that if not little more.

    I love your workouts Joe! Got into them in lockdown. I prefer the short sharp bursts workouts (I get bored easily😂) but I do longer ones as well. Have to keep surprising the body! I got my sister hooked now too. Keep them coming! 👏💪😘
