Good vid, but why do you have two IDENTICAL videos here on youtube with different green-screen backgrounds and nearly identical titles but one was posted about a year ago and this one was posted 3 years ago?
I used to only think I had my own vasovagal episodes when I directly have my own blood drawn, but today I simply watched a TH-cam video on what trephination is (I have a bad stubbed toenail and was researching remedies) and.... yeahhhhh... Simply seeing a 30-second video clip of that made me faint. I was sitting at my desk at work and I got ice cold, dizzy, lost coherent sound (I compare this to feeling like you need to pop your ears on a plane but aren't able to) and I had to LUCKILY manage to sway my way into the bathroom next to my office before I finally succumbed to the episode and passed out. The immediate sensation and direct aftermath feeling never gets any less scary. Anyways, I just wanted to share what it can look and feel like when someone goes through this for anyone that was curious.
Definitely useful because I felt like I was having this but some articles say that fast heart rate was a symptom. But I never passed out so I was confused about why my heart rate was slow instead.
So... I've had this happen 5 or so times. It's not like I get calm and that sort of thing. I get clammy, sweaty, pale and dizzy almost faint and my heart rate does drastically slow. It's usually after I've eaten... what does that mean??

Can you explain the Loneliness symptom on the video’s thumbnail?
