    Tana, I’ve been practicing with you here on youtube for a while now and just want you to know how much your videos have changed my life. Your yoga practices helped me step out of my comfort zone and helped me reach my fitness goals this year and I am so grateful to you for it! I remember when I did my first practice with you I was a bit intimidated and super sweaty thinking “I can’t do this” but your calming guidance helped ease my anxieties and now I practice with you almost everyday and it has changed my life and I just wanted you to know.     Big fan of this more gentle flow! I am ✨not✨ a morning person so doing a power flow at 10am is simply impossible 🥲 this is a perfect alternative xx
