Thumb sucking is very common in young children, especially around age 2. It’s often a way for them to self-soothe or feel comforted, especially when they are tired, anxious, or bored. Most kids naturally stop by age 4 without any issues. You can gently encourage other comforting activities, like holding a favourite soft toy like a small teddy bear. Don't worry, the child will eventually give up. If it continues even after 4 years, it might affect the child's teeth so consult a dentist after that. You can ignore now.
Teeth grinding is common in young children, especially while they sleep. It can happen because of teething, stress in children, or even ear infections. Most kids outgrow it without any problems. But if it keeps happening, or if your child seems to have pain or trouble chewing, it’s good to see a paediatric dentist. They can check if anything needs attention and give advice on how to help. Best of luck!!
It’s common for babies to spit up a little after feeding, but if your 7-month-old is vomiting after every feed, it might be a sign of reflux or overfeeding. Try feeding smaller amounts more frequently, and keep your baby upright for about 20-30 minutes after feeding. Make sure not to lie them down immediately after a meal. If the vomiting continues or if your baby seems uncomfortable, has a fever, or isn't gaining weight, it’s best to consult your paediatrician to rule out any underlying issues. Best of luck!!
