I'm attempting to make the career jump to insurance sales, I've worked factory jobs since I was 19 (currently 32). These podcasts have been so helpful with giving me an idea of things and calming the anxiety of the jump. Keep it up y'all!

This lays a lot at the feet of the new agent. Have this exact conversation with them so they know what is expected, and then hold them accountable for their efforts and actions. Many times, managers allow shortcuts, too much emotion, and a poor effort to become ingrained.

I am always looking for that needle in the haystack. I know there was a team training today at 1 but I looked through every text message and every email. I put in the search from the fast track new agent booklet and no luck. At all. My upline said he sent it and I truly believe that he did but I can't get organized there is just too much information it's overwhelming.

92% fail? Is that accurate? It's a big number. I want to be part of the other 8%.

Yes that’s the correct number… but it’s your choice to be part of the 8%! You’ve got this.

@@jfarrar231 I was actually let go last month because my close rate was less than 20%, I think I was at 15 when I was let go.

If you are buying leads but not present with the client, you have no one but the person in the mirror to blame. Lead flow is cash flow.
