I am just starting out. I’m just applied for my license. I’ve been listening to this podcast for two weeks. I will definitely get the training from here and use it to become successful. These guys are amazing.❤
I'm attempting to make the career jump to insurance sales, I've worked factory jobs since I was 19 (currently 32). These podcasts have been so helpful with giving me an idea of things and calming the anxiety of the jump. Keep it up y'all!
This lays a lot at the feet of the new agent. Have this exact conversation with them so they know what is expected, and then hold them accountable for their efforts and actions. Many times, managers allow shortcuts, too much emotion, and a poor effort to become ingrained.
I am always looking for that needle in the haystack. I know there was a team training today at 1 but I looked through every text message and every email. I put in the search from the fast track new agent booklet and no luck. At all. My upline said he sent it and I truly believe that he did but I can't get organized there is just too much information it's overwhelming.
It's nearing the end of my first full week as a life insurance agent and I am having zero luck right now... But I'm starting to think it's the lead quality that I have

How is it going so far?
@@jfarrar231 I was actually let go last month because my close rate was less than 20%, I think I was at 15 when I was let go.
92% fail? Is that accurate? It's a big number. I want to be part of the other 8%.

I am tired of buying leads!!! $400 and zip! No movement
Unlines response should be record your Calls and do coaching
@@Jack_of_1_Tradehave your upline call a few of your leads and see if they get better results. They usually do.
