    I have to ask though, if she just told you she let her previous policy lapse....why would you put that on yourself? She lapses on you, and you get the chargeback. Don't get me wrong, I want to help everyone that I can see with my eyes. But if I know that someone doesn't pay their bills, I'm not too concerned with selling to them.
