I love your content for composting.. but I'd love to see more about the plants native to our area.. before the Europeans brought plants over.. the native plants that support our native pollinators..the start of the food chain..really is native plants.. mountain mint..I just planted yay!!! obedient plant.. blanket flower.. yellow jackets have tongue that are different sizes..that prefer different plants.. love that you.touched on benifitial pollinators taking the fear away...
If I place a mint plant near a wasp nest will I get stung or will they flee. I found a couple and I've been watering and it hit the nest I think but, they have left me alone and I leave them alone an exterminator takes care of them all so far.

Why would you destroy a yellow jacket nest in favor of wasps?
