There's no such thing as McD set in Indonesia, lol. but I second the dude, I love Dungeon Worm. Surely younger me was butthurt there's no real life Labyrinth Duel 😂
Hi Janjo Zone, I know you said the original McDonald's set was more popular due to nostalgia. However, the first set seemingly wasn't stocked too well or ran for an even more limited time in certain areas. Like I remember going to at least the 4 closest branches in my location here in upstate NY, and none seemingly carried the set. Its lack of existence in my area became a small urban legend among the local players. Yet, when the second set came my area had the entire thing for its full duration. So, my friends and I ate Set 2 up, but I always ended up with the LV10 toy too... I just wanted a Cyber End Dragon. lol
I admire the stones on Konami to put the original big boss monster for the protagonist's deck in a fast food promo instead of a regular set or video game bonus cards. It certainly had the same kind of draw as Cosmo Queen, even if it didn't have foiling.
I remember as a kid eventually getting Electrum, otherwise toy wise I only remember getting that orange Yami Yugi card/I think deck storage thing which was meh. I never knew it did a magic trick thing.
I... I guess I'm in the super-minority, as this is the *only* set I remember existing, and even then, I only remembered it because of Electrum and White Horned Dragon, one of which I got, and the other I didn't. My copy of White Horned is even probably still around here somewhere. Like, I also thought there was only 1, but I thought it was this one.
Rundown: Electrum: impractically badass Burstinatrix: Nice. Mudballman: Millenium Sheld, but ass. La Jinn: Good art, too late to be revelant outside of DM nostalgia.
Amphibious Bugurouth: Half-baked import Meteor Dragon: Nice art, great Fusion, weak but I like it. White-Horned Dragon: Nice. Personal favorite I wish I had in my own collection. Best card of set. Gokibore: Roach. Metal Guardian: Have some respect for him, he is one of only a handful of monsters with stats ending in 50/50. Zone Eater: Like Bruno, we don't talk about it. Pragitcal: Looks like an early dinosaur. I actually had it and it's materials.
Trakadon: I like this card. It's fine. Flame Viper: EARTH PYRO. You rarely see these in Yu-Gi-Oh. Moon Envoy: Just like Jango, this guy has great art. Shame it never saw much spotlight. Kaiser Dragon: Relatively weak back then, but nice dragon all around. Aqua Dragon: Why did fate grant you such a shitty hand? Stone Dragon: It's a rock. Flute of Summoning Kuriboh: Used to think this card was bad, but in actuallity, it's nice. Mist Body: Great card for the time. Remember it being used in the R manga to troll Kaiba through making ALL monsters you controlled invulnerable to battle.
@@jokerofmorocco Yeah…that’s the oddity about FTKs. They often take joke cards that are never good in anything else and turn them into one turn kill answers.

Sad fact the UK never got any of the McDonalds promo cards. Favorite card would be Dungeon Worm cause the Paradox brothers duel is my fave episodes.
Stone Dragon was an early boss monster I remembered using in Eternal Duelist Soul, so I was happy to be able to get it as a physical card.
Burstinatrix, and stone dragon were my favorites. Love these videos can't wait to see that custom pack haha

I remember a kid on the playground had a moon based deck and Moon Envoy was a major part of it (alongside some angel and a knight)
