  • I will show you how crow and one legged crow yoga pose can be easily achieved by beginners.
    ➡️ This video I will teach you my new learned technique on how to balance on your arms and do it with proper alignment.
    Following these steps, the overall appearance of my crow pose totally improved and it is now easier for me to do it.
    The one legged crow is also called eka pada bakasana pose if you’re wondering.
    ➡️ A lot of people find this pose challenging so I hope to make this easier for you too.
    This pose helps with overall balance and wrist strength.

    Hi Celest! I love your channel! You are so much fun to watch! Could you give me some advice? Whenever I do poses that require I use my wrist such as downward dog or the one you just did in this video my inner wrists hurt. I've been able to find some suggestions for outer wrist pain but never inner. Do you have any ideas of what I could do to help with that? Thanks!

      You might have to push through and get stronger slowly over time. That will help a lot! But it'll also be good for you to observe your positioning of your arms and wrists and see if something doesn't look right. if all is well, go and see a physio so you can have someone with a lot of knowledge examining if you have any weakness in your shoulders or core :)
