🧠 Master Your Backbends Using Brain Hacks 🧠

    In this video, I am sharing with you a couple of brain hacks to help you get better at extension, not only through the spine (aka backbends) but any other joint in your body! The first one is a breathing drill that I call lung pop, the second is a vision drill called divergence. Both of them stimulate the pons, a section of your brainstem that increases your extensor tone.

    Wow. I love neuroscience but despite my best intentions I find this stuff challenging to accept....you are proving me wrong. A full 6 inches difference in shoulder extension and a huge change in backbend.

      Thank you so much for the support! Because we have one dominating side, it is most probably unregulated and stimulated enough. We are trying to upregulate or enhance the stimulus on the non-dominant side as that might be the missing link to your optimal backbend!
