I do not recommend foreigners purchasing condo's in Thailand now. There is a serious problem with land rights for foreigners. Investors pay thousands of dollars to pay for property but don't own the land. This prevent generational wealth for foreigners and their families. Citizenship must be offered to foreigners who invest money in the country. Education is an important part of expat safety.
