Lovely condo. Suggest you use a camera with a wide-angle lens. The POV is too close and limited for views inside.

Thank you! Your lovely assistant did a very good job. One question: 200-300 Baht/mo. for water or electric? That does not sound correct for electric. I do appreciate that the properties that you represent use the exact government rate for the electric (unlike some of the Airbnb property managers that can employ a dishonest upcharge).
Thank you for your thoughts and comments. The 200 - 300 would be for the water. But to be honest this is a high most single occupancy water bills are much lower.
And yes we only use government rates, I have to be honest and say I do not think it dishonest to charge more for electric in certain situations as long as it is clear from the beginning and the tenant is a given the information before making any agreements or checking in. It is unfair when it is hidden. But again we only use government rates direct from the meter.
