Thank you for the kind words! Miss Paeng truly has a talent for connecting with people, and it’s wonderful to hear you noticed her warm and engaging personality. Her ability to explain things so clearly and with such enthusiasm really does make a difference.
In the studio, I'd move the bed into the living space, and put it where the sofa is and put the sofa by the window and the dining table where the bed is, if you could move the bed
That’s a smart idea! Rearranging the studio like that would definitely make the space more functional and open, especially if you want to maximize natural light by placing the sofa near the window. Moving the dining table where the bed is would also create a more defined sleeping and eating area, which can make a studio feel less compact.
That’s a great layout idea! 😊 Having the living room closer to the kitchen definitely makes the space feel more open and functional, while tucking the bedroom into a corner with a partition adds privacy. Placing the dining table near the kitchen is a smart move for convenience, too. Many studios in Chiang Mai have flexible layouts that can be rearranged to suit your preferences. Would you prefer something with built-in partitions, or are you thinking of adding your own touch to personalize the space? 😊
That sounds like a great plan! 😊 The one-bedroom is a solid choice, and your rearrangement ideas would make the space feel even more functional and personalized. Moving the dining table to the living room opens up the kitchen area, and adding an entryway table is perfect for keeping essentials like keys and mail organized. "You should take a note, ka!" She reprimands him, but politely. 😄 I spent 6 weeks in Hua Hin (LOVE that city!), a week in Bangkok, and a week in Chiang Mai. So much history in Chiang Mai! If I move back permanently, which I can since I'm old enough for a retirement visa, those apartments in Chiang Mai would be perfect. As for that studio, I would swap the bed in the dining room table, and put up shelving between the couch and the bed, for separation and for storage. And even if they're the same price, I like the studio. The only benefit to the one bedroom would be the ability to only air condition the bedroom, since air con can really run up your electric bill. The price on either one, in USD, is crazy. But one thing I learned in Thailand was not to compare everything to USD, but to compare bhat to bhat, and take the best deal you can find. ขอบคุณค่ะ
Thank you for sharing your experience-it sounds like you’ve really gotten to know and love Thailand! 😊 Chiang Mai is indeed full of rich history, a vibrant culture, and a pace of life that’s perfect for retirement. Your ideas for rearranging the studio are brilliant! It’s amazing how small adjustments, like shelving and strategic furniture placement, can maximize space and functionality. You’re absolutely right about comparing prices in **baht** rather than converting to USD-it’s the best way to adapt to local living and find the best value. And yes, air conditioning can add up, but with good planning (like only cooling the bedroom), it’s manageable. If you do decide to make the move, Chiang Mai has a lot of apartments that can fit your lifestyle, whether it’s a cozy studio or something larger. Are you already leaning toward a particular neighborhood, or is the entire city fair game for your future home? 😊 ขอบคุณค่ะ!
Thank you for your lovely comment! Miss Paeng’s voice and professionalism definitely add a special touch to our tours, and it’s great to hear that you noticed how prepared she is. She puts a lot of effort into making sure everything is clear and informative. Are there any particular types of properties or features you’d like her to highlight in future videos? 😊
Absolutely! A well-designed studio can feel surprisingly spacious and cozy at the same time. 😊 Is there a particular feature in the studio that stood out to you? Maybe the layout or the natural light?
The lush, green mountain views are such a highlight, aren’t they? They really bring a sense of calm to the space. An open floor plan in a studio does make it feel more spacious and connected to that beautiful view. Would you prioritize a layout like this with great views, or do you think having separate rooms is worth sacrificing a bit of that openness?
Thank you so much for your kind words! Miss Peng's enthusiasm really is contagious, isn't it? We're thrilled you're enjoying the content. Is there anything you'd like to see more of in our future videos? 😊
Wow the apartments were so nice. I personally liked the studio over the 1 bedroom. I really liked how big it felt and i really do not cook stinky foods but if i did oh well still like the studio. The 1 bedroom i felt the bedroom itself was to tiny. I have a middle schooler and i think that studio would be perfect for us.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts! 😊 The studio is definitely a fantastic choice, especially with its spacious feel and open layout-it’s great that it would suit you and your middle schooler so well! Not cooking stinky foods is definitely a bonus in a studio setup. 😄 And you’re right, the one-bedroom’s bedroom might feel a bit snug if you’re sharing the space. Would you rearrange anything in the studio to make it even more functional for the two of you, or is it already perfect as is? 😊
A one-bedroom unit does offer that nice balance of privacy and cozy space! Closed-off shower units are a great feature, and many of our condos do have them for added convenience. Is there anything else you'd like in your ideal condo, like a balcony or a specific view? 🚿🏡
Thank you for the kind words! Ms. Beang will definitely appreciate the compliments-she’s truly talented and dedicated. 😊 Was there a particular part of her presentation that stood out to you, or a condo detail you liked? 🏡
I generally like walls, because they give you someplace to put a desk, TV, wardrobe, etc. But, in this case, the one bedroom design simply made the whole unit seem cramped. Thanks for the tour. And I appreciate the fact that you show the common areas and hallways. An in-building laundry service is a nice feature and something that I would definitely use (unlike a gym or a pool).
Great points! Walls can definitely add functionality by giving you more spots for furniture and storage, but you're right-they can sometimes make a smaller unit feel a bit too closed in. It's always a balancing act between layout and livability. Glad you found the in-building laundry appealing-it’s such a practical feature, especially for day-to-day convenience. Do you think an open-plan design with clearly defined zones (rather than walls) might work better for a space like this, or do you have another idea in mind for the perfect layout?
Thank you for sharing your preference! 😊 The second condo is a great choice-having a private bedroom adds so much comfort and flexibility. Plus, it’s perfect for those who want extra privacy or even a quiet workspace. Was there anything else about the second condo, like the layout or amenities, that stood out to you? Let us know if you’d like more details!

And if I move back permanently, which I can since I'm old enough for a retirement visa, those little apartments in Chiang Mai would be perfect. As for that studio, I would swap the bed in the dining room table, and put up shelving between the couch and the bed, for separation and for storage.
It sounds like you’ve had such an amazing experience exploring Thailand! 😊 Hua Hin, Bangkok, and Chiang Mai each have their own unique charm, but Chiang Mai is definitely special with all its history and laid-back vibe-perfect for retirement! Your idea to rearrange the studio is fantastic. Swapping the bed and dining table and adding shelving would create a more defined space while adding functionality. Studios in Chiang Mai are often quite versatile, so it’s great that you’re already envisioning how to make it feel like home. Are there particular neighborhoods or features in Chiang Mai you’d prioritize if you moved back permanently? 😊
For the studio, I would swap the bed and living room Bed up near the windows, and made the bedroom the new dining and living space I would select the studio personally The feeling of being more light and spacious. Swap the room layouts over Did not like the one-bedroom at all.
That’s such a creative idea! 😊 Swapping the bed and living room in the studio would definitely make it feel more open and airy, especially with the natural light from the windows brightening up the sleeping area. Using the current bedroom as a combined dining and living space is a smart way to create more functionality and flow. Thank you for watching and sharing your preference! Studios can be a fantastic choice for their simplicity and open layout. What’s the most important feature for you in a studio-location, amenities, or maybe design?
Ms Baeng should be a real estate agent. She is professional. I’m moving to Thailand soon. Do they have real estate agents? In America a real estate agent shows listings for all types of properties, different condos, houses, different locations.
Thank you for the kind words about Ms. Baeng! 😊 She definitely has a natural charm that makes her an amazing real estate agent. At Perfect Homes, we specialize in condos, houses, and apartments in Chiang Mai, offering a range of options to suit different needs. Unlike some countries, here in Thailand, it’s common to work with multiple agents, as not all agents have access to every property listing. When you’re ready to start your search, feel free to reach out to us at info@perfecthomes.co.th. What type of property are you most interested in when you make your move?

That’s great to hear! Having a hiking trail nearby really adds to the appeal, doesn’t it? Do you enjoy hiking often, or is it more of an occasional escape for you?
Thank you so much for the suggestion and for loving our videos! Showing the neighborhoods is a fantastic idea-we'll definitely keep that in mind for future content. Is there a specific area in Chiang Mai you'd like us to explore? 😊
Thanks for responding! 😊 There’s no particular place as I don’t know the area 😂 But, if you wouldn’t mind including the surrounding areas in your videos, that would help your viewers make an informed decision.
Thank you for the kind words! We're glad you enjoyed the video and found the pricing appealing. I’ll be sure to pass along the compliments about her English-she’ll appreciate it! Was there a specific feature of the condos that stood out to you? 😊
Thank you for the feedback! Moving the dining table to where the bed is and shifting the bed closer to the windows sounds like an interesting idea. It could definitely create a cozier dining space while taking advantage of natural light for the bedroom area. Do you think this layout would make the space feel more open, or is there another feature you'd prioritize tweaking to fit your ideal studio setup?
@@perfecthomeschiangmai my main reason to move around is that it is more natural to have the dinner table in the kitchen area, else it is like have the sofa in the shower 😜.

Thank you for noticing! 😊 Ms. Paeng truly has a wonderful presence, and her excellent English makes everything so much smoother for international clients. She’s such a valuable part of the team! What did you think of the property she showed-did it meet your expectations? 😊
A studio with softer lighting and good curtains sounds like a cozy choice! 😊 Chiang Mai has plenty of studios that are perfect for a relaxing getaway. Are you looking for something in a specific area of the city, like near Nimman or the Old Town? Let us know-we’d love to help you plan your ideal stay!
That’s a great choice! Studios often feel more open and airy, especially with a well-thought-out layout and good lighting. It’s perfect if you enjoy a minimalist, uncluttered vibe. 😊
Haha, we hear that a lot-Miss Paeng certainly has a way of stealing the spotlight! Glad you enjoyed the video. Was there a specific condo that caught your eye, or are you just here for her charisma? 😊
A little of both. I am currently in Chiang Mai and was thinking of stopping by your Nimman office maybe this week or next to get an idea of the rental market
Great choice! 😊 Studios are such a practical and cozy option, especially if you value simplicity and easy upkeep. Plus, many studios in Chiang Mai come with thoughtful layouts that maximize space. What’s the most important feature for you in a studio? 😊
I would rather have the one bedroom over the studio layout as it’s easier to have that separation and privacy when I’m changing clothes. I don’t like to idea of going to the bathroom every time I need to change. If I’m going to be cooking my meals, I would not want my bed to absorb the odours. I would also request to have the TV mounted on the wall and repurpose the TV cabinet for something else.
You’ve made some excellent points! Having that separation in a one-bedroom layout really adds to the comfort and practicality, especially for privacy and keeping cooking smells out of your sleeping area. Mounting the TV on the wall is a smart idea too-it would free up the cabinet space for extra storage or a personal touch like books or decor. 😊 If the kitchen had a better ventilation system, would you consider a studio, or is a one-bedroom your non-negotiable choice?
It sounds like you caught Chiang Mai during its rainy season! While the rain can sometimes limit outdoor activities, the city has a cozy charm during those times, especially with its cafes and food spots. Did you have a chance to try any local dishes or visit a unique restaurant during your stay? 🍲☔
1 bedroom. BECAUSE the love of my life and I share 500 square feet which used to be fine. Now I have sleep apnea. Need bedroom with closed door so he can sleep without my apnea.
A one-bedroom condo sounds like the perfect solution-it gives you that extra privacy and space for a restful night’s sleep! 😊 Many of our one-bedroom units in Chiang Mai are well-designed with separate rooms and plenty of comfort.
That’s a great choice! Having the separate bedroom definitely gives you more privacy and flexibility, especially when hosting guests. 😊 Are you leaning toward a specific area in Chiang Mai, or still exploring the neighborhoods?
Chiang Mai is definitely a fantastic place to live, but I understand how visa requirements can feel like a hurdle. There are some long-term options like the Retirement Visa or the Elite Visa, depending on your situation, but they do have their own criteria. Would you be open to shorter stays, like three months, to see how it feels before committing? 😊
Great observation! 😊 Proximity to markets and shopping centers is definitely an important detail, especially near popular areas like Nimman. For many condos in that area, here are some nearby highlights: - **Maya Lifestyle Shopping Center**: A major mall with shops, restaurants, a cinema, and even a co-working space, just minutes from Nimman. - **Rimping Supermarket**: Known for international and local groceries, located near Maya. - **Think Park**: A chic outdoor shopping and dining area on Nimman Road. - **Local Markets**: Nimman also has smaller fresh markets and street food spots like **Ton Payom Market** for groceries and delicious meals. We’ll make an effort to include more details about nearby conveniences in future videos! Was there a particular condo you had in mind, or are you just exploring options near Nimman? 😊
That’s so kind of you to say-Miss Paeng will be thrilled to hear that! 😊 She really does bring such a positive vibe to our videos. Was there a particular property she showed that caught your eye, or are you just enjoying her tours for now?
Wow, I would retire to Thailand , except I am quite happy in my retirement here in ( freezing) London , as I have a very nice home here ( all paid for) , and the only downside here is the cold winters ( but I have a secret method to stay warm and cozy while keeping the heating bills minimal! )
It sounds like you’ve found the perfect setup for retirement, even if London winters can be a bit frosty! 😊 I bet your secret method for staying warm is genius-care to share your tip? And if you ever fancy escaping to warmer weather, Chiang Mai’s mild winters and sunny skies might be worth considering for a seasonal getaway! What do you think? 🌞
That’s a fair point-having enough kitchen space for gadgets like an air fryer or toaster oven is always handy! Some of our condos do offer larger kitchens, so there are definitely options to suit different needs. Would you be interested in seeing properties with more spacious kitchens? 😊
The studios are definitely a popular choice-compact, cozy, and easy to maintain, especially for city living! 😊 Have you found a particular style or feature you love in the condos we’ve shown so far?
Thank you for your comment! 😊 A one-bedroom is a fantastic choice-affordable and just the right size for comfortable living. Miss Paeng will be so happy to hear your kind words, too! Did you like the location of the condo, or are you considering exploring other areas in Chiang Mai?
@@perfecthomeschiangmai The area seems well-located, but I have to admit I am partial to a balcony as well. Will be interested to see some of those. Cheers.

Thanks for your honesty! A closed-off bedroom definitely offers more privacy, which makes it a solid choice if that's a priority. It’s always about finding what works best for your lifestyle and preferences. If you had the chance to customize a space, what kind of layout or features would make it more exciting for you?

Chiang Mai has a way of leaving a lasting impression, doesn’t it? 😊 What do you miss the most about it-the food, the temples, or maybe the relaxed pace of life?
That’s an interesting perspective, and it’s true that older condos often come with benefits like larger layouts and more solid construction compared to some newer ones. 😊 They can also have a unique charm that’s hard to replicate! What’s the most important factor for you when choosing an older condo-space, build quality, or something else?
A 1-bedroom on the 9th floor for 3 months sounds like a great choice-amazing views and just the right amount of space! 😊 We’d be happy to help you arrange this
Nice building but if you unit faces south get used to airplane noise. Chiang Mair aiport has takeoffs some nights until 0100. I would never consider this building. The area is really convenient becasue lots of options for dining and shopping. If airplane noise does not bother you then sign the contract.
You bring up a great point-proximity to the airport can be both a convenience and a consideration. Some people don't mind the occasional noise, while others might prefer a quieter area. It's always good to weigh the pros and cons, especially with the location being so convenient for dining and shopping. Have you found a quieter area in Chiang Mai that you like, or is convenience still the priority for you? 😊
@perfecthomeschiangmai Generally the area near Central Festival seems to have virtually no commerical aircraft noise. Often aircraft departiing CNX make a quick turn east and fly over Huay Kaew road at or below 1000 feet.
Thank you for sharing your perspective! Pricing can definitely feel different depending on how long you've been here and what you're used to. Out of curiosity, what do you usually look for in terms of value when it comes to housing in Chiang Mai? 😊

Wow, that’s quite the comparison! Chiang Mai definitely offers amazing value for what you get. Having all the essentials like a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom at that price must feel like a dream after living in New York! Are you planning to make a move, or just exploring options for now? 😊
That’s a great idea! Moving the bed can definitely help keep cooking odors out of the sleeping area, especially in smaller spaces or studio layouts. 😊 Many of the condos we feature have excellent ventilation systems, and some even have sliding doors to separate the kitchen and living spaces.
Thanks for pointing that out! A one-bedroom definitely offers a bit more separation and privacy, which many people prefer. And you're absolutely right-chaise lounges add a touch of elegance and comfort to any room. Would you prioritize having a separate living area with a chaise lounge in a one-bedroom, or do you think maximizing storage and kitchen space is more important?
@@TheBigBaryshnikov thanks for you thoughts and comments - A chaise lounge is a long, upholstered chair that's designed for reclining and putting your feet up. The term comes from the French words chaise, which means "chair", and longue, which means "long"

Studio is my preference in general - but this one didn't do it for me. A bit too large and a poor layout in my view. Almost $300 (!) not $260 ? Prices in Thailand are really increasing as the strength of the Baht to the USD keeps getting stronger ? Not a desirable thing for us Americans now is it ? Rentals in Jomtien going for 7500 Baht are more to my liking in a some cases. --- Truthfully - Siem Reap has better value rentals and not so much smoke. Given the "retirement visa" Cambodia has to offer over 55 -- I'm very hard pressed to prefer Thailand - anywhere ? --- I try to remain 'open minded' - however - the cost of living is becoming more and more of an issue for me - these past few months in particular. > Expats in Siem Reap report that 50 cent beer 7 years ago - is still 50 cents - many places !!! No gentrification either ? They take my USD so there is no 'exchange rate' ! - - - Thank you for helping me decide on Siem Reap to retire - and Thailand as a place to visit for some fun and my yearly medical checkups. It's only a 1 hour flight to Bangkok. ❤ 👍 🙏 👌 ✌ 🎯 🍺
Thank you for sharing your detailed thoughts and perspective! It sounds like you’ve given a lot of thought to where you’d like to retire and the financial aspects of each location. It’s true that Thailand’s cost of living has been shifting, especially with the strength of the Baht. For many expats, this dynamic does make Cambodia, particularly Siem Reap, an appealing alternative with its lower cost of living and straightforward USD transactions. However, Thailand continues to draw those who prioritize conveniences like world-class healthcare, excellent infrastructure, and a variety of lifestyle options. Chiang Mai, for instance, is a favorite among retirees for its balance of affordability and amenities, although preferences definitely vary depending on personal priorities. Do you think Siem Reap could ever become too popular, potentially increasing costs there over time, or do you feel it will stay as it is for years to come?
Haha, Miss Paeng certainly leaves quite an impression with her charm and professionalism! It’s wonderful to see how much you enjoyed the video-and a studio with such a nice layout definitely adds to the appeal.

She definitely lights up the space with her presence! 😊 Glad you enjoyed the presentation. What did you think about the condo itself-did it match your style?
Totally understandable! Making a big move can feel overwhelming, especially after settling into a comfortable routine. But Thailand is such a welcoming place for retirees-affordable living, friendly locals, and a slower pace of life in places like Chiang Mai can make it a great choice. 😊 If you ever decide to take the leap, there are plenty of services and support to make the transition easier. Have you considered just visiting for a while to see how it feels before making a permanent move? 😊
That’s totally understandable! 😊 Having the bed across from the kitchen might not be ideal for everyone, especially if you’re thinking about cooking odors or wanting more separation between spaces. In the studio, I'd move the bed into the living space, and put it where the sofa is and put the sofa by the window and the dining table where the bed is, if you could move the bed
It's a lovely space
That’s a smart idea! Rearranging the studio like that would definitely make the space more functional and open, especially if you want to maximize natural light by placing the sofa near the window. Moving the dining table where the bed is would also create a more defined sleeping and eating area, which can make a studio feel less compact.
Buying or dreaming?
That’s what I thought, though you have a built in wardrobe, which you can’t move.
Please give Mr a mic. Can't hear most of what he said.
Studio: I’d rather have the living room close to kitchen and bedroom in corner with partition. The dining table across from couch, closer to kitchen.
I like the 1 bedroom. Plus, I’d move the dining table into living room area which I would rearrange, and I would put an entryway table in the hallway.

One bedroom is way better even though it is cramped but I would definitely want a closed off shower unit
A one-bedroom unit does offer that nice balance of privacy and cozy space! Closed-off shower units are a great feature, and many of our condos do have them for added convenience. Is there anything else you'd like in your ideal condo, like a balcony or a specific view? 🚿🏡
Yes, I wish the video was clearer view of the shower not being closed off
Ms. Beang took Business English class. #1 student.
Amazing beauty. ❤❤🎉😊
Yes, my son’s 1 BR apartment in Bangkok was just about the size of an American double garage. It worked, but the rooms were tiny.
Both condos were very nice. I would prefer the 2nd condo because of the private bedroom.

"You should take a note, ka!" She reprimands him, but politely. 😄
I spent 6 weeks in Hua Hin (LOVE that city!), a week in Bangkok, and a week in Chiang Mai. So much history in Chiang Mai!
What about your thoughts on 1 bedroom vs two bedroom here? - th-cam.com/video/OOPJUPQKXcE/w-d-xo.html
I would leave the bedroom area where it is, and set it off with screens for privacy.
Great video, I like the studio better.👍
Thanks guys. I love watching your property tours… Miss Peang is great
Thank you for watching and for the kind words! 😊 Miss Paeng really brings a special charm to the tours, doesn’t she? Are there any particular types of properties you’d like to see featured in future videos? We'd love to hear your thoughts!
Both of these are nice spots! I like how a hiking trail is close by too!
That’s great to hear! Having a hiking trail nearby really adds to the appeal, doesn’t it? Do you enjoy hiking often, or is it more of an occasional escape for you?
Great Video!!!!
Thanks for watching! 😊
I love your videos! But….. I would love them even more if you walked around the neighborhood(s) to show the audience what’s around 😊
Thank you so much for the suggestion and for loving our videos! Showing the neighborhoods is a fantastic idea-we'll definitely keep that in mind for future content. Is there a specific area in Chiang Mai you'd like us to explore? 😊
Thanks for responding! 😊
There’s no particular place as I don’t know the area 😂
But, if you wouldn’t mind including the surrounding areas in your videos, that would help your viewers make an informed decision.
lovely both , great price and compliments to the lady ,her English extremy good
Thank you for the kind words! We're glad you enjoyed the video and found the pricing appealing. I’ll be sure to pass along the compliments about her English-she’ll appreciate it! Was there a specific feature of the condos that stood out to you? 😊
Like the studio, and move the dinner table to where the bed is and bed to the windows

@ watched it and they are both great, but for me personally, if I live in Thailand with the beautiful weather I would say a useable balcony is a must. But I’m afraid miss Lena should just say they both have Mountain View (another video) hahaha and I’m renting it.
The studio is arranged a bit like a hotel room. That said, it’s clean, and has a lot of amenities. Don’t know what another said about visas.

Ms Paeng is lovely. Her English is great too
Thank you for noticing! 😊 Ms. Paeng truly has a wonderful presence, and her excellent English makes everything so much smoother for international clients. She’s such a valuable part of the team!
What did you think of the property she showed-did it meet your expectations? 😊
Studio. I prefer the lighting not too bright. :) Curtains. Yeah. Seems like a nice vacation.
I prefer the studio, cos it felt more open and light
That’s a great choice! Studios often feel more open and airy, especially with a well-thought-out layout and good lighting. It’s perfect if you enjoy a minimalist, uncluttered vibe. 😊
Came to see the condos, stayed for Miss Paeng.
I’d choose the studio too.
If the kitchen had a better ventilation system, would you consider a studio, or is a one-bedroom your non-negotiable choice?
I was in Chang mai for 7 days once rained hard every day all I could do was grab the umbrella and go eat and back to hotel and watch Netflix.
I would take the 1 bedroom. I love the air con unit as I like it cold when I sleep. Also it is better if you have guests to have the 1 bedroom.
That’s a great choice! Having the separate bedroom definitely gives you more privacy and flexibility, especially when hosting guests. 😊 Are you leaning toward a specific area in Chiang Mai, or still exploring the neighborhoods?
I like Chiang Mai and might have chosen it for an apartment, but the long term visa requirements in Thailand are a no go.
I would like if you could add how many expats v Chinese are in the area. This would give your channel much credit for securing tenants/sales.
Sorry may ask what would be the reason for this? And how are we supposed to get that sort of data?
@@perfecthomeschiangmai Is there a depressing expat dive in the area? Where they go and drink all day.
Chinese are expats also, are they not?? Not sure I totally understand the question.
I didn't hear you guys mentioned anything about markets or shopping centres?
Great observation! 😊 Proximity to markets and shopping centers is definitely an important detail, especially near popular areas like Nimman. For many condos in that area, here are some nearby highlights:
- **Maya Lifestyle Shopping Center**: A major mall with shops, restaurants, a cinema, and even a co-working space, just minutes from Nimman.
She is diffently my favorite! Lovely Soul !

Either is good. Although I wish the kitchen was a bit bigger for some space for an airfryer/toaster oven.
That’s a fair point-having enough kitchen space for gadgets like an air fryer or toaster oven is always handy! Some of our condos do offer larger kitchens, so there are definitely options to suit different needs. Would you be interested in seeing properties with more spacious kitchens? 😊
I like the studio much better.😊
The studios are definitely a popular choice-compact, cozy, and easy to maintain, especially for city living! 😊 Have you found a particular style or feature you love in the condos we’ve shown so far?
Nice. 1 bdrm for me. Great price. Miss Paeng is a cutie as well.

I like the 1 bedroom apartment 👍
Thank you! We're glad you like it! 😊 Is there anything specific you loved about the apartment, or are you looking for something similar in Chiang Mai?
Eh. I'm not excited about either one of these but if I had no other choices I'd for sure go with the closed off bedroom.
Thanks for your honesty! A closed-off bedroom definitely offers more privacy, which makes it a solid choice if that's a priority. It’s always about finding what works best for your lifestyle and preferences.
If you had the chance to customize a space, what kind of layout or features would make it more exciting for you?

I do miss Chaing Mai!!
Chiang Mai has a way of leaving a lasting impression, doesn’t it? 😊 What do you miss the most about it-the food, the temples, or maybe the relaxed pace of life?
Older is better when it comes to condo
That’s an interesting perspective, and it’s true that older condos often come with benefits like larger layouts and more solid construction compared to some newer ones. 😊 They can also have a unique charm that’s hard to replicate!
What’s the most important factor for you when choosing an older condo-space, build quality, or something else?
I would prefer the 1 bed room on the 9th floor for 3 months

Id move bed so when cookingg the food odors wont get trapped
That’s a great idea! Moving the bed can definitely help keep cooking odors out of the sleeping area, especially in smaller spaces or studio layouts. 😊 Many of the condos we feature have excellent ventilation systems, and some even have sliding doors to separate the kitchen and living spaces.
Please stop interrupting her.
thanks for the feed back, did you have any questions?
I prefer 1 bedroom and that chair is called a chaise lounge
Thanks for pointing that out! A one-bedroom definitely offers a bit more separation and privacy, which many people prefer. And you're absolutely right-chaise lounges add a touch of elegance and comfort to any room.
Would you prioritize having a separate living area with a chaise lounge in a one-bedroom, or do you think maximizing storage and kitchen space is more important?
It’s not a chaise lounge. It’s called an arm chair or a lounge chair. Chaise lounges are upholstered and have attached leg rests.

Nice
