I was going nuts as i didn't know you could elevate conveyor belts.
you didnt show at all how to basically connect a conveyor belt to a building which im stuck on because it looks connected but nothing is moving

Yes, you can do a one-conveyer-belt bridge. You make it the same way as your smallest bridge, but with a belt already on the down side.
it's also changed since 2 years ago, you can drag a new belt on the ground across another belt on the ground and it will go over it with just a little half shrug, no belt tricks needed.

why not start the tutorial with how to connect the belts instead of these weird bridge hacks
The one thing Im stuck with that you dont show in a tutorial on how to raise the belts is what keys you use! I know its the up arrow in the controls BUT when I try it myself, the entire row of belts just go crazy doing what they want to do and some are red but nothing is in the way and arent too high. And it says must be horizontal when turning when all Im trying to do is go over another belt. Im not impressed with this. Youd think the Dev could have it where when you build over the top of another belt it does it automatically up one level. Argh.
yeah its super annoying and frustrating. I just spend 1h trying to figure it out. And now watching this video i think this cant be real. Why you have to delete and build and delete bridges to get a decent looking connection... this is just frustrating and thinking about ever having to change the build path is just pain. Coming from Factorio this a big letdown

Dude, there's no way to UPGRADE conveyor belt without putting one by one ? Like factorio, u jst click on the one you wanna upgrade and they simple change for the new one
Its should be coming in a patch before they take time off for Chinese New Year I believe. It's a very highly requested feature on their Discord. Hopefully any day now!

This is such a dumb game, took me 5 minutes to figure out how to connect the sorter from the convyer belt to the smelter.. it needs to be in the right direction first you click convoyer belt then you connect it to the smelter not the other way around. How DUMB is that im sorry
can u change the direction of the belt after it is built ?
Your smallest slope isn't even the smallest one possible. Your slope leaves 3 squares uncovered, but the smallest one leaves only 2 uncovered, plus you can turn it into a 90 degrees corner to run parallel to the belt that is being crossed with no gap in between.
By the way, odd way of you pronouncing "hydrogen".
