Hi, to clarify the prices:
1. The first price I mentioned in the video. This was the presale price in China.
2. The $150 amount being mentioned by other reviewers. This is the western presale price that was available before the end of November.
3. The cars full price is $250. It is however discounted to $224 right now.

@@ChinaExpatsRC Yeah I bought 3 the instant they went on sale. Giving my 2 brothers each 1 a piece. Don’t know how I missed getting gold rims for 1st 100 sold. Then a couple days later I ordered 2 more to sell or give as gifts.
@@ChinaExpatsRC Yeah for $149 each it was a steal of a deal. My brothers and I have been flying drones since 2016 on our channel. So thought I’d drop some awesome RC cars on them for Christmas. Sneaking around on my channel so they don’t know until Christmas. 😁
@@TheSouper36 Yeah they really were a steal at that price. I'm not sure what the WLtoys buggy goes for in the west. But here, when the AMX-12 was in pre-sale it wasn't that much more than the WLtoys buggy, and you get a lot more for that money imo. Will be interesting to see what WLtoys hit back with.

This thing looks amazing but I’ve heard drive shafts are a problem so unless that has been resolved you can just order the LC Racing shafts I assume. Seems like it is still 180 with your discount code. 180.00 for this RC is awesome. I feel like I should do it soon assuming the price could get much higher again.
Hi, If you mean the problem with the driveshaft striking the lipo. This was on the initial pre-production batch sent out to some reviewers. I've got a production version, where the driveshaft is quite close, but does not strike the lipo.

I'm between this and the wltoys 124017 V2. I was gonna get this car til I saw all the reviews saying the motor over heats and shuts off constantly.
I did not experience a motor shutdown, however the motor heatsink was so hot it was untouchable after a few 3s runs. I don't think it should be run on 3s as standard. Only for speed runs.

I grabbed a 3660 motor to eye it up and it looks like it would physically fit in there. I'm not sure if it will attach to the motor mount though.
looks like a Typhon and its as fast as a typhon
The low kv and low Amp draw is do to the 3s capital. Low kv on 3s will pull less amps. All 2s high kv systems pull higher amps.

is their a camera attatched or do you need to attatch your own camera( if camera is attatched how would i acces it im planning to get one but would also like to see a first person veiw of the car)
Hi, I attached a Runcam Orange 5 to the car just for filming some shots for the review. The car does not come with a camera.
What makes this faster than the WLTOY if it has weaker internals?
The motor pinion is larger.
