Its ok Himanshu, don't get disheartened, TI is not end of world. I have seen your videos, you have good hold on concepts so you will get something definetly. Having said that, if you get admission in MTech or MS in some IIT don't give it up, do join the MTech it will pay you in long run.

It really says a lot about what kind of person you are.Unfortunately, no matter how much effort you put in, the fruits of that are never guaranteed in life. It is just how it is.plain and simple. Learning from your mistakes is essential but not taking them personally and going down an emotional rollercoaster. Unfortunately, young students are nothing but supply and demand for these corporates(be TI, Amazon or even Google). Once supply meets the need, they do NOT hire further.(these decisions are complex and timed and not made by the lovely people you worked with BUT executives and hire ups). That being said its important to enjoy your studies and your work.. do NOT get married to an idea of working for a particular company but love your work. Most important thing is NOT STOP learning
Hi. Thanks for really motivating words. I just wanted to say that working at TI has been really great for me. It's just that it was me who failed to deliver much, that's why I failed to get the PPO. It has nothing to do with anything else. I'm not trying put the blames on the company 😅

My brother was doing an internship with TI and got PPO just a week before (analogue). He is from NIT Rourkela . We are happy for him. But some of his deserving friends didn't get the offer. But opportunities are endless for those who work hard with proper guidance and dedication. All the best !!
If you are aiming TI, just one suggestion from my side. Focus on learning skills rather than only theoretical knowledge. That will increase your value in current electronics market.
