Hey, I've completed my BE and currently live in Pune. Due to the economic recession, finding a job has been quite challenging. I recently applied for a Non-Voice position at Concentrix in Pune, but they mentioned that since I have a BE in Computer Engineering, I might switch to a better opportunity in the future. They cited concerns about stability as the reason for not selecting me. Could you please suggest some ideas on how to convince them that I'm a strong candidate for this role and committed to staying?
Bro try any other call centre or you can tell them if you will give me valuable position with a good promotions then I will never leave the company but if you will not give me better opportunity to grow myself then definitely I will move on so it's totally depends on company hwo they provide opportunities to their employees.

You can join the call centre, BPO. Try in BPO or you can try Concentrix too.
