The biggest complaint I see is the noise when you are driving higher speeds like on a highway. This is mainly due to the Hancook Tires. I have a 2024 FWD all Black HRV Sport, and I got Michelin tires on it. It is very quiet and exceeds all expectations. I recommend this car.

The Sport Trim should have the optional exterior black emblems included. The only upgrade on the sound system for the EX-L trim are two additional tweeters on the rear upper doors. The Sport mode is in the shifter.
I saw an $80 plug in performance device online for the Civic with this engine. Likewise the $300 Pedal Commander that should improve throttle response and acceleration performance. Other than only a 12volt outlet in the back and no engine coolant temperature gauge, I have no conplaints about this vehicle. I plan to get a FWD Sport in Urban Grey Pearl and already know what I want to add to it little by little, including stereo speaker and amp upgrades. It rides like a Civic Sport but maybe more body roll due to the higher height. Slightly lowered and stiffer perfirmance coil springs like Eibach may do the job well. The Civic ones may fit on the HR-V Sport.

Coming off 2020 HR-V sport. Loved that car EXCEPT didn’t have climate control!

There is a Sport mode. Look for the 'S' on the shift lever.

I'm currently leasing a 2023 Honda HR-V Sport (Red) and threw roof racks on it for leisure activities! I love the size, but hate the speed lol. I be trying to merge onto the freeway at good speed but well ... lol. other than that. dont hate, its 8/10 for me

I really like This engine because its the engine found in our 2020 Civic Sport, Problem is it's not available with the 6 speed manual transmission, I hope the 2024 comes with a Manual transmission Option . As a all Honda buyer it's got to have a manual. Just my Opinion not saying that a CVT is bad.
It would be nice to have a manual but the change in times (most people can’t drive them 😁) is why this is the new option 👍
@@HawkeyeRides I know but you're leaving some out of buying it just because of this missing option, It's not like Honda engineers couldn't pull this of, It's thought to be a waist of time, but sadly for them I'll be sitting next to a manual shifter while driving just not in a HRV.
@@raymondreiff8170 I think they should offer the Manual in the HR-V Sport. They offer it in the Civic Sport and Sport Touring Hatchback.
I like the new exterior - needs more power. 6 cyl w/300hp would make it an interesting suv
