Actual footage of how the podcast would turn out using the 2nd camera angle would be great to see. Also what are some great angles to use for additional camera angles would be great to know as well.

Great questions, may do a follow up! But for second angles, often a wider angle, even including some of the gear for a BTS type shot would look great!

the fact that you cannot use a second camera for guest is weird. What is the purpose of having a second camera on yourself and not on the interviewees?

Thank you so much for this video.
We just started using riverside but are struggling with a multicamera setup, 2 camera for the in person guests. We are using a rode podcaster pro with only one usb slot connected to one pc along our black magic. The audio is perfect for that camera angle.
But we need a second angle. We tried adding a second laptop (pretty much have the second camera be a second guest on riverside, that way when we speak, the ai software recognizes that camera angle) for the studio and connected a camera to it. Only problem is the audio latency is pretty bad.
    Any idea on fixing this?
We now tried logging in as hosts on both laptops with different camera angles, but now when we speak the audio gets sent to the rode caster and it doesn’t differentiate who’s talking on riverside

I'm trying to conduct a remote interview. How do I see the secondary angle on my host computer? I'd like for my remote guest to have a secondary camera, and I don't mind giving her my login, but I can't see the secondary camera to help her with framing and lighting. Alternative, if I have her join with her phone as a secondary user, the iOS app for some reason doesn't allow the built-in speaker volume to be turned down to zero. And having her plug in a headphone to prevent sound bleed (as suggested by one of your previous videos) is too cumbersome as it requires giving up the lightning port (supplying power) or having her figure out a more advanced workaround. Is there a solution? Easiest would be if the iOS app allowed its speaker volume to be muted. Thanks

Technically it's possible but the guest would need to login with *your* Riverside account on their mobile device to use the secondary camera feature. @@Riversidefm again, a secondary camera for the host is useless... the host is supposed to be technically efficient and he/she can use another external camera as well... this feature would be useful if we can have a second camera for the guest... ACTUALLY YOU CAN, and you can avoid feedback just disabling the mic, but RIVERSIDE APP takes control over your volume, so you are not allowed to turn off it and you will have an echo effect in the recording... THAT'S AWFUL --- to give your password to your guest is not an option, the security issues are very relevant if you work in a professional environment.
