Thanks to them, I manage to fight the despair and panic attacks caused by the war in my country, which is going on for the third year. We often have sirens wailing, during air alarms we are forced to abandon our affairs and hide in safe places. Russia is throwing missiles and explosive-laden drones at us. Attacks last for several hours, and sometimes for half a day. We are tired of being afraid. And in order to distract myself and cheer up, not to lose my sanity from constant worries and chronic stress, I personally dance. I turn on your lessons on my phone and repeat the Salsa movements. It is unsurpassed. Thank you!!!!
Omg! Totally love this salsa dance workout. At first, it was challenging to do the grapevine at speed. But as you changed the music and my feet got habitual to the moves, I got it by the end of the video. Thanks a lot for sharing!💃😃
Love the new moves and the way you present the routine in this one. Especially repeating the routine in the last few songs works great for me, it allows me to get a feel not just for the moves but the routine as a whole.

375 dancers, could you make a video in which all 3 instructors dance the same steps simultaneously but at slightly different levels of difficulty? For example, maybe Amanda does the “entry level” basics, Andriy dances with more arm styling, and Sergey does some fancier nuances of the footwork? You three already do this naturally sometimes, but it’d be great if it were planned and deliberate. That way we can all “level up” by watching different instructors throughout the same video. I’m sure it’d increase the number of views per video and broaden your audience. Keep up the great work and thanks for inspiring us to dance!! ❤️

Hm, well I still had trouble following, but maybe it is just me. I personally need more repetition at slow speed before going to full speed, especially for complicated things like the grapevine step. I also felt confused about how to transition from one step to the next. I am glad this channel exists, though. It's a great form of exercise & I have been able to find a few videos with enough repetition to help me.
