    My wife and I did this video repeatedly to get in shape for her 50th birthday cruise. We went just to watch a ballroom dance contest and got pulled (literally) into it as the last of 6 couples. We used steps from this video and ended up winning first place! 😃

    This was so EXCELLENT! Just the right amount of varying intensity, arm work, cueing on point, the split screen/back views - perfect for this active senior to perfect her moves. This is my new favorite! Thank you 375!👏💖💃

    I was ballroom dancing for 10 years. Haven't been dancing since I put on 30 kg plus. Now, on my weight loss journey you brought back my dancing memories. Thank you. It was awesome.

    Loved it!! You three are great for my mental and physical health! I appreciate the arms, the repetition and gradual increase of the different rithms and the chance to have three possible examples to choose from. I always begin and learn the steps by following Amanda. And then, I can see the guys and appreciate the various styles. THANK YOU!!

    Thanks for the arms, I'm at that stage and struggling to find it all. Also, love the added personality snippets, makes viewing more fun and is actually more inviting. The more I participate, daily now, the more I appreciate how flowing and gorgeous this type of dancing is and what an accomplishment to master. I'm writing a book here, sorry, lol, I also like the different stages of your videos, and really appreciate when I can skip back to certain segments in those videos.

    You sequence the routine so well . First I thought it was too easy and then the steps become more intense and so much fun . I ended up sweat a lot especially during the JIVE part . Definitely gonna dance more with your videos ❤

    That was great! Original old music would be even better, instead of the electronic ones. The old music goes straight to the heart and legs. Maybe give it a try.❤

    Recently my doc told me to add either walking, running, or dancing on the days between regular aerobic/weight workouts. Not only is dancing FUN and the other choices just not, but I can do this indoors during this summer of extreme heat. Thank you for this!
