I've been following ur workout everyday for 2 yrs already..I really dont know how to dance..but now I can! Thanks to you guys! keep up! Pls dont stop and I hope you 3 dont get separated!💖
Indeed, you are truly a great teacher and dancer. Your teaching methods are easy to follow and remember and your style to combine dancing and workout is outstanding. I like Latin workout more...5 stars to you as a versatile and lovely dancer and your boys.
From Romania, thank you for your lessons! Regarding level 5, please try to present step sequence at first in moderate rithm and then speed up. Thank you for understanding!
This was so much fun! I was able to keep up (mostly) through level 3 :) I am looking forward to the other tutorials that have the different levels. Thank you.
Cracking routine this one, only started the day before yesterday, the third level with a reduced speed ie @75% Today levels 1>3 at full speed, level 4 @50% speed (to be able to see the step frame by frame) but, I did do it, just need to get some muscle memory going before, cranking the speed up… As for level 5……. Foot note: I’ve just, just done it @50% speed & the very last bit the chasse @25% speed ie reduced by 75% but - I was able to get it. 😅 Thank you Peter (75yr old man)
I have learnt Alo from you.Well done ❤.What are the names of the five songs you have used. Selecting music for training is a challenge. Rhythms keep changing
It would be helpful if you did some of the more complicated steps slowly, either at the beginning or at the breaks before they're introduced at the higher levels. When the steps are rapid, it's difficult to see the correct foot position.
I'm very bad with direction so just want to clarify: For the slow turn in level 3, left foot is in front, then we turn 180 degree to the right? Then repeat to go back to the starting position?
I don't get this "mirror wiew"?? Follower's basic is right foot back, left foot foward but what you do doesn' t match with anything if you're doing the mirror. Why don't you just dance facing your back to camera. It would be much more easier to follow 🙏🏻
You are great teacher! Easy ro follow and fun

Love to watch amanda dancing
Good 😊
Yes, I managed to dance all levels in salsa but in cha cha it was difficult in level 5

I agree but you can slow down the video to 0.75 or 0.5 speed :)
I'm agree. You have several moves that are completely new and you show it by side. I wish I could see all your moves in half speed down for beginners
Top heal cross + close or just a movement on 4 towards the next top

Is there a link to learn the foot steps for level 5?
That tall guy couldn't be bothered. Hey Tall Guy; fake some enthusiasm!
