I am uncoordinated with no rhythm but love to workout. Your style of teaching gave me the confidence to try so many new types of workouts - 6 years ago I would have never tried a step, kickboxing, or aerobics workout! Thank you for being so positive and letting us know all we need to do is show up and be where we are at today. Thanks Chris!
Loved this kickboxing workout. Able to complete this workout in a small shared space. Avoided kicking my son as he was playing a video game in my workout space. Quick cardio and was drenched in sweat at the end. Thank you Chris for this workout.

Needed something to wake me up this morning 😮 This sure did 🙌 Wasn’t sure how much I’d be able to do with my hip replacement - and I did alter all the kicks to forward facing (keep doing the mods! 😉) But… I surprised myself how high I could kick and how well I could keep up! ☺️ I have been doing workouts 3 times a week with you since March and so this is thanks to you and your encouragement 🔥🔥🔥 I also took off my second riser for step class (even though I’m 6ft +) and it’s also improved my technique and helped my recovery! 🥰
